Rebecca the hostess was awesome and introducing us to everything and making sure we got set up for our night. The food and drinks were excellent! Highly recommend making a reservation for a table! It's $15 a person for 90 minutes...we had 11 people and time flew, but it was the perfect amount of game play time for all of us! The entire vibe of this place was so cool! We were amazed at how much space there is. The back room got pretty tight when we first arrived since there was a group of 12 there already....they had taken over the tall tables in the middle and the couch. We slowly spread out and then their time was up about half way through ours so it wasn't as cramped. But it's still such an awesome set up we couldn't stop talking about it the next day!

Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely great people to be around. What really stood out was when we celebrated my mom's birthday there. They wrote a special note for her, and almost every employee took the time to wish her a happy birthday. She felt so loved and had the best time -- it meant more than they probably realize. If you're looking for a fun atmosphere with great vibes, great service, and people who actually care, this is the place. We'll definitely keep coming back!

I don't want this for another bride. When my mom & I met Julia at her office, everything seemed to be going well - I was really happy w/ her. I told her I was overwhelmed choosing HAMU for me & the BMs - she said "I do this for a living, I will send you who to use." I never received anything. I found the HAMU on my own & she never followed up to even confirm I booked HAMU, she didn't care to ask. It seemed like she had her own agenda to have us get things that would just look good for her portfolio. ~ 2 months into working w/ her I told her we want a party bus w/ the wedding party to leave & she told me to get an old Rolls Royce, I said that isn't our style & this is what we want. 2 days later she went to my mom saying she thinks we want the car - She didn't care what we wanted. ~ 1 Week before - we were working w/ the band coordinator (BC), Julia was very adamant about her timeline, which is completely understandable. I simply wanted to clarify that it will be okay if we go off the timeline a tiny bit. I emailed her saying after the grand entrance, we'd have our first dance, father daughter, mother son, & welcome speech - all I said was that we don't need EXACT times after each, if a speech runs over it's ok - we have to be flexible. I told her the timeline was GREAT but things happen so to prepare to be flexible. After this I had no trust - 3 days before the wedding our GMs flights got canceled & I was working on getting new flights, I also was taking the programs to print & she asked to have a call - I texted her what happened, & how overwhelmed/stressed I was & I would call her when I could - all she said was "oh my" not "what can I take off your plate & help?" I THEN get contacted by the BC, that she had told them to throw out the entire timeline, that we didn't want it, & she didn't know if we wanted speeches/dances & she was "waiting for me to have time for her". I had so much to do with no help from her. The BC then called me & I clarified. Julia turned it & apologized to me for the BC getting confused We were late to rehearsal, & she didn't introduce herself to the wedding party while they waited - they thought she was a parishioner praying for the first 20 min they were there. Later, she introduces herself to me. I met her in person - she really didn't remember meeting the bride? She asks if I want to say hi and points to her bag - she had her dog the whole time in the Church. How is that appropriate? Day of, she wasn't setting up until after 2, so my mom was there. I don't have getting ready pictures w/ my mom, something I can't get back because she was doing Julia's job. Julia never asked if we needed anything, she didn't talk to me the day of until it was time to go down the aisle. She just walked past me. I hate leaving a bad review, I know people have off days - which is why we emailed her first. She tried to turn it & make excuses or said "Idk what to tell you", or issues about her personal life, even implying she was a widow which she isn't. She discussed her financial struggle, & made it so personal - this is a business not a friendship - all this shows she doesn't know customer service or business. An apology would have gone a long way. I almost didn't write this but our entire WP told me I had to so this doesn't happen to someone else.

We had a circus themed reception so I sent Tisha a copy of our invitation, and a few pictures of what I imagined and then left her to it. The result was unbelievable. I will also add how stress-free it was working with Tisha the day of my wedding reception. I planned everything myself and she was there with plenty of time to set up and have everything perfect before guests arrived. No question, I will be hiring Unforgettably Sweet for my next party!

She worked with me for weeks prior to the shower to capture everything I wanted, we even started a private Pintrest board to share pins together. This review serves as a warning for future brides to think twice before hiring Prashe, particularly Naomi Guridy, whose lack of creativity, professionalism, unresponsiveness, and failure to deliver caused significant stress to our entire family. Thanks to our wedding planners' heroic efforts, the wedding turned out significantly better than if Prashe had handled the decor as planned. Lack of creativity and responsiveness: Prashe failed to meet expectations from the start. Despite our initial concerns, we agreed to work with Prashe because the owner assured us that she was confident they could deliver within our budget. Unfortunately, once we executed a contract in July, Naomi's designs consistently lacked creativity and did little to elevate the decor while also significantly exceeding our agreed upon budget. When we provided Naomi with direct, critical feedback in early September, she handled it poorly and failed to give clear updates on how she planned to address our concerns. After our in-person visit in mid-September, Naomi disappeared for weeks and was totally unresponsive despite repeated follow-ups from our planners. During her absence, Prashe failed to provide updates on Naomi's behalf or even a timeline within which we could expect to hear back. An updated design proposal (with no budget updates) was finally shared in late October--just six weeks before the wedding--which still required significant revisions. In mid-November, less than a month before the wedding, she shared a revised budget that more than doubled our original total contract value, leaving us with little room to maneuver. Poor budget transparency: While we expected to exceed our original budget, Prashe's lack of transparency and communication was appalling. The cost increases were staggering, with inflated charges for labor, transportation, and taxes--many of which had been absent from the original proposal and was never communicated to us as the design evolved. Instead, we were pressured to pay at the last minute without meaningful explanation or a chance to review the budget live as Naomi went on vacation the day after sharing it with us. Wrongful contract termination: The last straw came just two weeks before the wedding, when Naomi suddenly and unilaterally terminated the contract without notifying us directly or offering a compromise, while retaining the 25% deposit we had paid. This was done with malicious intent to back us into a corner and jeopardize the wedding. It would have been better if Prashe had declined to take us on as clients from the start rather than over-promising and under-delivering to secure the business. In sharp contrast, the replacement vendor executed superbly within our budget in just two weeks! While the wedding ultimately turned out beautifully, the emotional and financial toll caused by Prashe Decor and Naomi cannot be overstated. Brides deserve vendors who are transparent, reliable, and deliver on their promises--qualities Prashe Decor entirely lacks. We are exploring legal options to address the damage caused by this ordeal and strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution.
