Here is my experience with them. 1) Portrait Bouquet. Simple task, right? Not for Bows & Arrows. Alicia must have forgotten to make it, because when I went to pick it up, it was not ready and she ran to the back, used last weeks flowers, and put something together in the wrong shades of pink, and NONE of the flowers I ordered were in there. Not to mention the flowers were wilted and dead. My wedding planner spoke with Alicia about her poor work and said that we would not be paying her until she performed to high standards at the actual wedding. 3 days before the wedding, she calls and says she has no flowers for our wedding and will not be doing it because she has not received payment. After much arguing with her, we payed her reluctantly and she promised to provide for us on the wedding day. 2)Wedding Day: First of all, I CRIED when I saw my bouquet. It was that horrible. The flowers were dead, wilted, and all wrong from what I had ordered. As I was taking pre-wedding pictures, myself and all my bridesmaids were having to rip flowers out of our bouquet because they were wilting and falling over. I was mortified that my dear friends had such pathetic flowers. Not to mention the bouquets were TINY and therefore even smaller once they started ripping out flowers. The alter arrangements were horribly lopsided as well. Ruined all my pictures.... I will say, her petals lining my aisle were outstanding. So was every arrangement at the reception. I gave her some credit for that. 3) Post-Wedding: Sent Alicia an email explaining my disappointment and hoped for reimbursement. I heard from someone in her office saying it was best if they never speak with me or my family again. HORRIBLE customer service. We are continuing to try... Needless to say, DO NOT USE HER! The entire staff was cool and collective throughout each month and made our budget include the things that were important to us. The wedding was beautiful, the food delicious, and the memories are lasting. I was asked for months if I was stressing out and getting nervous about the wedding planning process, but I honestly answered that I felt fine because of my wedding planner. The company helped with out invitations (both physical and electronic), wedding favors, flowers, makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, decorations, baker, and caterer. They completely decorated everything, as well as took care of the take-down. My fiancé, mother, and I (sometimes my girlfriends also) would meet monthly with the event planners to make decisions towards the wedding. They already had the timeline established for when each decision needed to be made. One month they would have cakes from different bakers ready for us, another time was the exact dishes we requested from different caters, sometimes is was decoration examples, while another time it was to practice my hair and makeup with the stylist. There are important elements to a wedding, and I am grateful that we chose to include this event planning company as one of them.

I routinely had to follow up multiple times just to receive responses, and many employees seemed unable to answer basic questions & two times was provided with wrong information. It often took days or weeks to get accurate information, making the planning process far more stressful than it needed to be. The experience became even worse on my wedding day. Despite being told numerous times that my wedding planner was the designated point of contact, the owner called me directly while I was preparing for my wedding to inform me that he was running late. During the call, people were screaming in the background, and when I politely reminded him to contact my wedding planner instead, he abruptly ended the conversation. When the dance floor was installed, I was shocked by what I saw. The subfloor was approximately five inches off the ground with nearly a foot of turf extending beyond the edges. It looked unfinished, unprofessional, and was a major eyesore in the middle of our wedding venue. This setup was never accurately described to us beforehand. When I expressed my concerns and asked whether anything could be done to improve the appearance, the owner rolled his eyes, became defensive, and made excuses rather than attempting to resolve the issue. I requested that the installation be taken apart, but was then presented with a waiver stating that if the dance floor came apart and someone was injured, the company would not be liable. Faced with that risk, I felt pressured to leave it in place. Unfortunately, my concerns proved valid. One of our guests tripped, fell flat on her face, and was forced to leave the wedding injured. After the event, I tried to give the company an opportunity to make things right. During a follow-up conversation, I was told that the behavior I described was unacceptable and that they would speak with the owner to investigate the situation And be in touch. However, after doing my own research, I discovered that the individual responsible for the issues throughout the process was actually the owner himself. I informed the company of this fact and have received no response since. It has now been over a week with complete silence. What should have been a joyful and stress-free experience became unnecessarily frustrating due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, dismissive customer service, and safety concerns. I rarely leave negative reviews, but couples deserve to know what they may be dealing with before trusting this company with one of the most important days of their lives.
