After chatting with 4-5 different planners in the Dallas area, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Robyne. She not only has a bubbly and genuine personality, but she also emphasized that her goal was to make us happy. I'm very particular about certain things, so I never wanted to feel like I was coerced into making certain decisions about the wedding. She was definitely the only planner I talked to who I felt would give me solid guidance without being overbearing. I hired her for month-of wedding planning services, which primarily involved pulling together all the vendors right before the wedding and coordinating everything on the day of the wedding. However, that did not stop Robyne from going above and beyond. Right when I signed our contract, she immediately started helping me with some vendor suggestions and even offered to come to some of the meetings with me (and this was over a year in advance!). Also, Robyne checked in on us every couple of months during our planning process, making sure we were on schedule with everything. Cliff Notes Version of MY wedding on 3/7/2020 *Kerrie sent…read morethe wrong arrangements. *Kerrie failed to set my head table first as she agreed. *Kerrie stopped responding to my emails after she was made aware I was unhappy with the arrangements. *She just disappeared without resolution. . I was excited about the horizontal church and guest table arrangements we contracted for, as I did not want any traditional arrangements. As soon as I walked down the aisle to my horror they were just as round as they could be. My planner reached out to her beginning with my bouquet. Kerrie told my planner she would contact me within a few days, but I wound up having to reach out her after not hearing from her for a week. I emailed Kerrie and listed my disappointments only to receive an email back stating she did nothing wrong. I responded with an email that contained photos comparing the contract photo to what she delivered and she has yet to respond. She went ghost which is rude, unprofessional, and unprecedented. So two weeks after my wedding I am left to write a review She tried to justify the failure by stating "they were wider than they were tall and flared at the bottom so that makes them horizontal." I'll post my contract photo next to what arrived and you be the judge. The next major issue was that I emailed Kerrie about making sure my head table was preset and the arrangements from the church be moved to guest tables. She assured me that my head table arrangements would be pre-set. I rushed through the photos at the church to get to the reception venue so my husband and I could take photos in the room while the guests were still enjoying cocktail hour. To my dismay I walk in to view a head table with no large arrangements. She did the exact opposite of what was asked and what she told me. This is so bad guys, that my photographer sent detail photos over, and in them are photos of empty stands on the head table even though I made it clear that that was the priority and she agreed to it. I've included photos of that as well. Then Kerrie made a point to write "I do know that your friends and family loved the flowers and took them all home at the end of the night, so hopefully that gives you some peace." Quite frankly that was beside the point. I, the client, didn't like them because it wasn't what I asked for or expected Kerrie. With the exception of A Stylish Soirée I was blessed with 12 wonderful vendors. I was told things would happen and they did, but the other two vendors reached out to me apologetically and made things right without me asking. As a result I've only had to write one bad review. The irony in this is that during the final payment stage she sent me the contract to sign and the bill was lower than it should have been. I made a point to correct the errors in excel, recalculate the higher amount, and made her aware that her system didn't calculate the balance due properly. Who would have thought I would be the one getting stiffed! Lol

I am writing this review to share my experience with Dallas Flower Walls so that other customers…read moreare aware of their business practices. We had a Net 30 payment agreement in place. During that Net 30 period, I was contacted more than eight times regarding payment. I proactively informed them in advance that I was dealing with a family situation and that payment might be slightly late. Despite this, I continued to make good-faith payments. Before the Net 30 period was even 30 days past, I was contacted by the owner and told that if payment was not received by a specific date, she would go on social media and state that I had not paid at all. Shortly after, the owner publicly posted my name online, tagged news agencies, my employer, and others, and made statements implying that I had paid nothing, which was not true. These posts went viral and caused reputational harm. We sent a cease-and-desist, which was ignored. When we informed her that payment was ready via certified cashier's check, she refused to accept it, stating she would not meet in person and did not want a cashier's check. I followed up with her husband to confirm pickup of the check and received no response. Despite refusing payment, she continued posting publicly that I owed her money. Months later, she went to my former workplace and posted documents on their door making the same claims. She later contacted me again requesting payment, yet still refused to pick it up. Throughout this time, I received messages from strangers online telling me to pay her, based on her posts using my name and likeness. Most recently, she made another post repeating these claims, again omitting the fact that she refused payment, and escalated further by going to my son's place of employment. This experience has resulted in lost business, harassment, and ongoing defamation, all despite documented attempts to pay. I strongly encourage potential customers to review her social media activity carefully and proceed with caution. This level of conduct is unacceptable for any business owner.

**update at end** I fell in love with a certain flower arrangement of AMAAW when I went to a…read moretasting event for Ashton Gardens in May of 2016. I loved it immediately and contacted John that night, with attachments of photos of the arrangement, to put a deposit down to book with him. The arrangement that I loved was $265 each + delivery & taxes. I couldn't afford to put them on all 10 guest tables + our sweetheart table. Some of our tables were going to be long, so Brian P. and I went to his studio to go over more options. For the long tables, we were told we could rent a huge branch (We were shown it, it was very long.) A large arrangement would be placed in the center and other flowers would be scattered throughout the twigs on the ends of the branch. I even asked John how we'd separate the rented branch from the florals in the middle because I didn't want it to be damaged after the ceremony. From the photos, you can see that is not what was delivered. It was much smaller overall and there are no flowers extending out to the tips of the small manzanita branch. We ordered 4 of these. We were trying to keep our flowers under $2,000 which we came in right around. We asked if maybe the tall centerpieces could be made smaller because we had 6 more guest tables to outfit. John said he could, but didn't want to. We said, okay, instead of making them smaller, let's keep the original size and $265 price and we'll order 4 of those as well. We told him we'd skip all of the corsages, my bouquet and all but one boutonniere to stay within our budget. As you can see from the original arrangement from the event, and what was delivered (we chose the gold vase) the flower arrangement is considerably less full. If the original looks substantial on a thick vase and what I received looks chintsy on a thin vase, clearly they aren't the same. During our walk through, our coordinator asked John if he could use two of our tall centerpieces during our ceremony as altar arrangements. John said no, because he likes the reception hall to be finished prior to the ceremony starting. Frankly, I feel that he just wanted us to purchase more arrangements. Flowers are in a loomy dish which just sits atop a vase so that flowers can easily be transported and then popped onto whatever pedestal you want. They would have easily been able to be placed on the pedestals during our ceremony and quickly moved back to the reception. We had a formal receiving line outside after our ceremony so there was time to move flowers and the doors to our reception space could easily have stayed closed until he moved the flowers. I've seen this done at other weddings as it saves money and is less wasteful. My phone background and lock screens have been this flower arrangement from different angles for the past 4 months. I know what my arrangments were supposed to look like. I'm disappointed that what we ordered, while pretty, were smaller than what we had agreed upon and paid for. For around $2,000 we received 8 centerpieces, a $7 boutonniere that consisted of a single ranunculus stem and a "free" (with coupon from Wedding Wire) toss bouquet. **After contacting John via email, he admitted that florals were incorrect size and suggested a refund of a small portion of bill.**
