I needed something cute and simple, so I called Balloon Kings right after they opened at 10am, explained my situation, and within 60 seconds, Mark texted me a Peppa Pig bouquet example that was spot-on. I asked to fill it out with extra pink and yellow latex balloons, to which he said, "No problem." Not only was the order adorable and exactly what we needed, but it was also ready for pickup in under an hour. Talk about coming through in the clutch! The balloons were a hit :-). So I asked Kristen to please help me kind of last minute on decorations for an adult birthday party at my home. She was wonderful. Not only did she make a beautiful arrangement for my front door, but she was extremely pleasant and professional. She was on time, installing the balloons outdoors on possibly the hottest day of the year so far. Smiling, not complaining. The balloons lasted just as predicted -- some for over three days. The confetti filled balloons only lasted about 18 hours (outdoors). Also, she had me video the inside of my home and made helpful suggestions for what would look good where. She did not pressure me or try to upsell me at all, though. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

It's my boyfriends birthday and I wanted balloons so I called party city and they said they weren't blowing them up so they referred me to this company. I got a new phone and apparently my caller ID wasn't turned on, so when I called her it said unknown. When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. Not only did she ruin my boyfriends surprise party (since I had to tell him why I was crying) she also caused me to stress while I'm almost 6 months pregnant.
