The pleasant man/owner at Balloon City was kind enough to stay ~15 minutes past his closing time so I could come by after I got off work and pick up my order (placed that afternoon). Got in and out quick -- huge balloon order was neatly bundled for me to transport and ready to go! Very considerate.. All for under $60. The design ("60" XL bundle for 60th bday) was so cute! He understood my vision perfectly (and I'm not afraid to admit I'm among the pickiest)! Recipient LOVED it.

I started calling places around 11 AM to see if we could get balloons (literally any kind) by 4 PM that same day. Needless to say, we were turned down by 2-3 places as it was such a last minute request, but BAB said yes and proceeded to coordinate super efficiently with me. They got 4 BABs (with vinyl printing & tassels too) to me about half hour AHEAD of scheduled time even with the rush order, and it was exactly what we wanted. Correct colors, correct printing, beautifully executed, and delivered in time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!

Top notch balloon artists! Really takes the pain out of decorating for my kids parties. In my…read moreopinion, all you really need for a party is BABs, good food and a margarita machine. I've hired a number of companies prior and I can see why BABs dominates this market. The service is incredible compared to other balloon companies AND cost is WAY more reasonable too. You're not just getting a bunch of basic balloons all tied together that anyone can do. You're getting body and a work of art- you're basically getting what you're wanting to achieve from a photo found on Pinterest. I don't understand why other balloon companies in Dallas have a minimum of 1k. It literally BLOWs my mind.

They made sure to call the day before and confirm everything as well. Leo, our delivery person, was on time for set up and so nice! He was careful about setting everything up and going through all the paperwork and questions. In addition to the huge water slide, he set up a popcorn machine and snow cone machine - which were huge hits with the kids AND adults. He texted me before his arrival, and he worked with me on pick up time - very communicative! The kids and families in attendance all said they had the best time ever! This business offers great products, great pricing and the absolute best customer service! Thank you!!

Conversations flow like wine at a wedding and the laughter lightens even a funereal spirit. But it is the phone call from the floral recipient that makes it all worthwhile because they're always speechless at the beauty of the flowers. Thank you Dr Del!!!

I wouldn't even give her one star I would give her 0 if I could. This women who owns this company…read moreis completely rude and disrespectful. It's my boyfriends birthday and I wanted balloons so I called party city and they said they weren't blowing them up so they referred me to this company. I got a new phone and apparently my caller ID wasn't turned on, so when I called her it said unknown. When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. Not only did she ruin my boyfriends surprise party (since I had to tell him why I was crying) she also caused me to stress while I'm almost 6 months pregnant. If y'all would like another place that blows up balloons or a decorator I would suggest going to someone else, because this woman does not deserve your money! Give your money to someone genuine. Which is not this company.
