My issue is that the balloons and frame were not removed in accordance to the timeline laid out in our contract (3-7 days). On day 6, Kelly promised that someone would come that day or the next day. On day 7, Kate said someone would come that day or the next day. By day 8, nobody would answer my calls or emails. By day 11, the balloons and frame were still not removed, and basically half of the balloons had drifted off the frame and littered our neighborhood over the prior 4 or 5 days. That resulted in neighbors being very frustrated with us and a lot of unnecessary heartache. I generally had a problem getting in touch with anyone at Celebrate It after they repeatedly failed to pick up the balloon frames after telling me that they were coming "today or tomorrow" on multiple occasions. I emailed Celebrate It a copy of this post 1 day before I posted it, but I still couldn't get their attention. Yesterday, my calls to their corporate phone number just started going straight to voicemail. I still have their frames and guess that I should plan to just throw them away? Just a very frustrating experience. I think this is an opportunity for growth. Unfortunately for Celebrate It, I would not choose to work with them again.
