Cliff Notes Version of MY wedding on 3/7/2020 *Kerrie sent…read morethe wrong arrangements. *Kerrie failed to set my head table first as she agreed. *Kerrie stopped responding to my emails after she was made aware I was unhappy with the arrangements. *She just disappeared without resolution. . I was excited about the horizontal church and guest table arrangements we contracted for, as I did not want any traditional arrangements. As soon as I walked down the aisle to my horror they were just as round as they could be. My planner reached out to her beginning with my bouquet. Kerrie told my planner she would contact me within a few days, but I wound up having to reach out her after not hearing from her for a week. I emailed Kerrie and listed my disappointments only to receive an email back stating she did nothing wrong. I responded with an email that contained photos comparing the contract photo to what she delivered and she has yet to respond. She went ghost which is rude, unprofessional, and unprecedented. So two weeks after my wedding I am left to write a review She tried to justify the failure by stating "they were wider than they were tall and flared at the bottom so that makes them horizontal." I'll post my contract photo next to what arrived and you be the judge. The next major issue was that I emailed Kerrie about making sure my head table was preset and the arrangements from the church be moved to guest tables. She assured me that my head table arrangements would be pre-set. I rushed through the photos at the church to get to the reception venue so my husband and I could take photos in the room while the guests were still enjoying cocktail hour. To my dismay I walk in to view a head table with no large arrangements. She did the exact opposite of what was asked and what she told me. This is so bad guys, that my photographer sent detail photos over, and in them are photos of empty stands on the head table even though I made it clear that that was the priority and she agreed to it. I've included photos of that as well. Then Kerrie made a point to write "I do know that your friends and family loved the flowers and took them all home at the end of the night, so hopefully that gives you some peace." Quite frankly that was beside the point. I, the client, didn't like them because it wasn't what I asked for or expected Kerrie. With the exception of A Stylish Soirée I was blessed with 12 wonderful vendors. I was told things would happen and they did, but the other two vendors reached out to me apologetically and made things right without me asking. As a result I've only had to write one bad review. The irony in this is that during the final payment stage she sent me the contract to sign and the bill was lower than it should have been. I made a point to correct the errors in excel, recalculate the higher amount, and made her aware that her system didn't calculate the balance due properly. Who would have thought I would be the one getting stiffed! Lol

Chloe was an amazing wedding planner and recommended the best vendors that were reasonably priced. She not only answered all of my millions of questions, but she also helped put my mom at ease and answered her questions throughout the entire process. When the actual wedding day arrived, she went above and beyond and drove to our home during the reception, picked up our dog sick with cancer, and brought him to the venue to have him celebrate with us. We love our dogs and it made our night so much more special to have a visit from him! She without question was the best wedding planner ever. Highly recommend!!! Kerrie was amazing as a florist, and her vision played out exactly as I had imagined and more! I have had so many compliments on her work and had the most beautiful bouquet. Loved loved working with her and Chloe. Use them for your wedding! You won't be disappointed.

I know flowers are important but he had an extra bit of zeal in him to make this delivery on time. To driver of delivery van 4- you either have a dangerously heavy right foot, care more about flowers than your average bear or are a strong believer that 10 min early is on time. I called your company number and let them know what you were up to but the guy who answered didn't seem to think it was too big of a deal. Either way, I hope you don't hurt anyone in the future over a flower delivery.

She was cool, calm and collected all weekend. It was only when we got back from our honeymoon, did we hear about all these last-minute issues she seamlessly handled without our notice. The only con was trying to keep the groomsmen from hitting on the smoking hot blonde. Bella Flora also handled the florals, lighting, décor and furniture rentals. Looked online, then called a week ahead to order 15 yellow tulips in a vase, with a yellow ribbon, delivered to my grandson's house to carry to his date. Customer service - 5 stars. Called in; person took my order; all went well. About 10 minutes later, she called back because she thought something was wrong with the message -- it was subtle, but she was right; a few words were missing, and it made a big difference. Bless her for noticing!! Come prom day, grandson had a mandatory ball game that he'd forgotten, so no one was home to accept flowers. The delivery person ended up making two trips to the house, on a very busy day -- bless her, and all was done without a moment's hesitation or complaint ... I could not have appreciated them more! Wonderful staff here :). Flower arrangement - 2 stars. Made a quick trip to grandson's house about an hour after flowers were delivered, to put them in the fridge. The blooms had opened slightly -- as expected, and not Wild Orchid's fault. But the flowers themselves were not the classic pure yellow blooms in the photo, the kind you think of when someone says "I love yellow tulips." These were smaller, gold-ish, fringe-topped tulips, and they looked a little more tired than could be explained by the delay getting into the fridge. So did the leaves. Also, some of the most visible leaf tops were missing, leaving ragged, brownish edges. (I've never had a florist feature ragged leaves in an arrangement before.) Finally, no bright yellow ribbon, as described and shown in the photo; instead, a coarse, rough, sticky (??) tie - imagine burlap with a touch of gold spray paint. Changed the ribbon, trimmed the leaves, chilled the flowers... they were okay, but not at all what any of us expected from the photo online or previous experience with florist tulips. A girl has only so many prom nights... it would have been good to have been told "our tulips probably aren't really up to par right now." That was pretty obviously the case. Otherwise, wonderful people. Maybe it was just one bad day.

UPDATE after 2nd order. They have doubled their prices since I last shopped there 18 months ago and…read morethe quality is not good. The bouquet was half as large as the previous order (same price) and while I understand it's 18 months later, I don't think flower prices have doubled or tripled. Bigger than that, I reached out to the company via email a few times and they have not replied. If they'd explained why the major increase in prices, I could try to understand, but no reply. I won't be going back. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I send flowers often and rarely go back to a local shop because they are so good - but I just did with Wild About Flowers! I chose Designer's Choice and the recipient said "these are the prettiest flowers I've ever gotten!" and they were. I just ordered my second bouquet and am expecting another wonderful reaction.
