We originally had her scheduled for 4pm but with a lack of planning on my part I had asked if she could come at 3 thinking we'd be ready. I definitely messed that one up and had to move it back to 4. Cana took it in stride to which I was extremely grateful. My daughter is a huge Elena fan and the personal time she spent with my birthday girl was a gift in itself. Cana opened presents with her, helped with the cake cutting and I think we may have blinded her with the 100's of photos she took with all the guests. Cana then put on a magic show for the kids, played a couple of games and even got them to get up and do some dancing with her! What was even more impressive is that she got my "too cool for anything" preteen nephew to take part in the activities! In the end, she left us very impressed and the kids wanting us to invite her to their birthday parties. So we look forward to having her back in the next few months. Not sure if Cana plays any other characters but I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone as Elena!

When she arrived, she let us know so we were ready, she also remembered the girl's names, which was so special. My 3 year old was thrilled when she saw her and Sadie did an amazing job of helping her feel special and explained that she received an invitation. The kids were focused and engaged the whole time Sadie was entertaining. This was one of the easiest birthday parties we have ever thrown and will recommend Royal Entertainers to everyone, especially Sadie.

They don't take cash so plan ahead (they do have e a machine that will convert your cash to a card if you need). We got the basic package (blue) for my ten year old and 13 of his friends for a birthday. We only stayed about 2 hours and for the blue pass that seemed like plenty. The kids got to do bumper cars, the battle area (like laser tag but with foam balls), the slides, the ball pit, the jumping area, and a few others I'm sure I'm forgetting. All in all the spot is clean, staffed well and a fun kids entertainment spot. We didn't do the zip lining or ropes courses but we didn't feel like we missed out on anything either.

This one kept coming up, but I wasn't sure because of some of the reviews. It was perfect for him! He loved it. It was clean, the toys were well stocked, and it was just enough to keep him occupied without being overwhelmed. The car race area was my favorite part (what a CUTE idea!). He loved each of the play areas. The restroom was clean, there were plenty of seating areas, and the woman working the door was very kind! I thought an indoor playground would be just the ticket. First of all, it's not easy to spot the place from the road. It's located in a small collection of office buildings and there's only a small sign above the door. The inside, however, is colorful and spacious, with lots of activities to amuse everyone from toddlers all the way up to tweens. They've got a big collection of Little Tikes cars to zoom around in, and a "track" to ride them on. There's also pretend stations where kids can play kitchen, construction activities, dress-up and the like. They also have a pretty good-sized bounce house, air hockey, foosball and a "stage" to perform on. There was also a small collection of baby toys for the younger ones, though my kids didn't pay too much attention to those. As for refreshments, they have a few sodas and juice for sale up front, and you are welcome to bring your own food and drink to eat at their tables. Next time we come I will likely bring a "picnic" for the kids. They also have a birthday party space you can rent. One word of caution - I was struck by how run down some of the toys and items seemed to be. The electronic keyboard in the musical instrument section was broken, and lots of the dress-up clothes were torn or worn out. Some of the sections kind of reminded me of a church nursery. I understand that the toys probably stand up to a lot of abuse, but I would recommend that the facility begin replacing some of them. However, we stayed for two and a half hours and I had a hard time getting my kids to leave, so obviously they enjoyed themselves. Throughout the summer (2011), they have "Open Play" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday. That costs $7.50 per kid ($6.50 each if you bring 2 or more kids; parents play free). At all other times, you must pay the fee to reserve a private party. In summation, we'd probably go back, but I wasn't wowed.

Margaret did the most awesome face painting one can imagine, folks could not believe her work was so detailed and fast! These folks are professional in every way and no one can come close to what they offer. The balloons were incredible as well and Funny Business made our event a huge success. Buyer beware! We had been considering hiring a performer for several days, reviewed the website,…read moreand finally moved forward with the booking. When the invoice came from the company, it was for $50 more than the advertised price. When I questioned the owner, she said it was a mistake and the performers were more popular now so they adjusted the prices without adjusting the website. I asked for a one time courtesy discount to honor the advertised price, and it was denied. I decided to move forward anyways, despite feeling like it was a scammy bait and switch tactic. But ultimately the owner cancelled my order, leaving my 6 year old daughter without the performer she'd fallen in love with for her birthday. I'd suggest finding somewhere else for your performers.
