It would have been fine for a one day event, however I'd specifically asked if the arch would stay up throughout our two day event and was told it would without any problem. When I came to the event hall the next morning, I could see we were were in serious trouble. When I called I was told that the arch had been up for almost 24 hours and if I needed it for two days, they should have been notified. ??? I thought that was the conversation we had. When I asked them to help, they told me they couldn't get there until 7 pm that night (the event started at 7:30 a.m.). When I told them I would dispute payment, they basically said---too bad and then didn't show up to remove the arch (which they had been paid to do). My bigger issue was their attitude about not being willing to help, when we really had a problem on our hands. I would only recommend them for a very, very short lived event and don't look for much customer service.

I invited too many people to my house for Friendsgiving. Online ordering was a snap--I got two banquet tables and 16 chairs. I signed the rental agreement and paid for the order within a few minutes of it hitting my email. I will say the rental deposit is a little steep ($50 or twice the amount of rental, so for me $100) but you get it back super fast upon returning the items. When I got to the location, only one banquet table would fit in my car, so they switched one out for a foldable table at no additional charge which was super nice. The fellas in the back garage are super quick with loading in and out of your vehicle, and didn't judge me for bringing a little sedan at all--they made it work. We showed up at 10am ready to go with the chairs! The ordering process was easy and clear cut. When we got there everyone was very helpful, positive, and kind! The price was also low, which was a big plus. The chair quality was standard black folding chairs, all we needed! The toughest part was returning because their hours are generally 8am - 12pm Monday-Saturday and they are closed on Sunday's. Working an 8-5 job M-F made retuning tough (we rented on a Saturday morning) so I had to take time off of work Friday to return the chairs. Even 8am on Friday they were all so nice! Clearly walked me through everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Even unloading 10 chairs they insisted I not bother, they would handle it! I received a receipt via text before I even pulled away. I love a bit too far away to use them regularly (I also don't have a ton of party rental needs) I would 100% recommend them!!!

These weren't add-ons--they were central to the event's design, marketing, and execution. The maze alone involved live actors, scripted tour guides, coordinated timing, and trained volunteers. It was a significant production. Per their process, we expected confirmation communication ahead of the event and a check-in call within 24 hours prior. While I did receive an initial confirmation email, I never received the day-before call. Given my past positive experiences, I didn't think much of it. The morning of the event told a different story. By 7:00 AM (two hours before doors), I had received no communication. I began reaching out--calls, voicemail, text, and email--without any response. At 8:45 AM, just 15 minutes before doors opened, I finally received a call informing me that their truck wouldn't start and they would not be coming. There was no proactive outreach, no contingency plan, and no apology. We had no choice but to pivot in real time and rework the event experience on the fly. While the event still moved forward, it created unnecessary stress, confusion, and reputational risk for our organization. When you're running a paid, large-scale event with hundreds of attendees, reliability isn't optional--it's foundational. I followed up the next day through their feedback system. I was told someone would be in touch. That follow-up never came--no apology, no acknowledgment, no attempt to make the situation right. This wasn't just a logistical miss--it was a breakdown in communication, professionalism, and accountability at every level that mattered. Given how critical these rentals were to the success of our event, this experience was deeply disappointing.
