We got married at Cafe Brauer in September 2021, just as the number of Delta cases in the US was reaching its peak. Obviously that presented a number of challenges and last-minute changes, and Natalie handled them all perfectly, as well as all of the typical wedding-planning tasks. She took so many things off my plate (including things I don't even know about, I'm sure) and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Her assistant, Marilee, was excellent as well. In the words of my husband, "I don't know how Natalie could possibly be any better at her job." In the words of our guests, "I've never been to a better-executed wedding." And in the words of my parents, "Natalie is amazing, we're so glad you found her." Hiring Natalie for your wedding day is the #1 best wedding planning decision you can make.

Tiffany and the Redberri Events team is the absolute best! I want you to understand how sincere I…read moream with that statement. I hardly ever write reviews, but felt compelled to share my story. I hired Tiffany as my wedding planner for my upcoming destination. Although my future husband and I are not getting married until February 2020, I have already seen the hard work that she puts into weddings. In this short time that we have been engaged, she has managed to help me locate a resort, wedding venue, provided several photographers for me to choose from, and has located a videographer. For all of these potential vendors she has secured their pricing and/or contracts and has been the main contact person with them. Essentially, I've had to do nothing. So far, this planning process has been easy breezy. But let's talk about my engagement party. My future hubby and I planned an engagement party in order for our families to officially meet. The party was everything!!!! Although not required, Tiffany managed to come to the party. Not only did she come, but she couldn't help but to make sure everything was in place and executed perfectly. This shows her dedication to her brides. In no way was she required to come to the party, but not only did she come, she made sure that I stayed stress free. Tiffany's level of professionalism is unprecedented. She makes her brides a priority and her ultimate goal is to execute beautiful weddings while keeping the couple happy and stress free. So far, she and her team have accomplished this beyond my expectations. I am so thankful to have her as my planner and am looking forward to this entire planning process.

The BEST decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Rebecca of RMP. I don't want to get…read morecheesy or dramatic here, but I tear up when I think about how amazing she made our day and the weeks leading up to it. If you read nothing else from this review, read this: HIRE REBECCA. My husband and I did a more-or-less DIY wedding and made efforts to keep costs low for our daytime, all-in-one venue brunch wedding. However, in the month before the wedding, we realized how difficult it was going to be to execute our ideas with just the catering team and ourselves. With less than a month left before our wedding, we began contacting day-of coordinators and spoke with a few in email and phone before deciding that Rebecca was 'the one.' She was by far the most professional and prepared one we spoke to, with a proposal of how she would be able to join the team so late and make it happen. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Rebecca solved so many problems we didn't even know we had. Turns out, you should really read those contracts! She went to bat for us on a few things that we had in contracts with vendors when they tried to change things. There were several problems that we didn't know we had simply because wedding planning isn't our full time job. The week before the date, she offered to relieve us of the vendor communication so we could (try to) relax and enjoy the days leading up to the event--I couldn't have thanked her more for that. It was non-stop wedding for so long that detaching right at the end was exactly what I needed. Rebecca used a wedding planning website for all communication, which made it so easy to track where we were in the planning process, coordinate with the vendors, design layouts, make lists for things like specific pictures we wanted to photographer to get, etc. She was so organized! The day of the wedding, Rebecca was our everything. She decorated our tables, arranged the ceremony materials, coordinated with all the vendors, and directed guests, and us, through the whole event. Things you don't think about, like where you go after you exit the ceremony or when to tell the DJ that we're ready to enter the reception--she thought of it and directed us and worked with the whole team. Rebecca did it all seamlessly. If there were problems, I didn't know about them. She made sure that we just enjoyed the day without a concern. I wish we had had the foresight to hire her from the start because the month leading up to the event would have been so much less stressful--she would have seen these problems and solved them many months before. But, if you are reading this last minute, get her for day-of coordination! She does so much more than just day-of work. If you are reading this months out, hire her. Seriously. Just stop reading the countless pages of reviews for all these other planners. Hire Rebecca.

Anika helped me think through every nuance of the big day and, along with help from her staff, orchestrated the event flawlessly. We were overwhelmed with the choices of reception venues and all that comes along with the planning process. Anika gave us a game plan and we completed each phase within the given timeframe. Anika turned dreams into reality. Everything was more than we could have imagined. The standard of excellence wasn't applied solely to our wedding, but our engagement shoot was featured on media sites such as essence.com. The anticipation for my big day was the talk of the town because of her strategic marketing plans. Not only was the anticipation there, but no guest was disappointed by the day. The wedding day was nothing short of AMAZING! Anika orchestrated an amazing event down to the smallest detail. Every vendor she recommend was a pleasure to work with. The collaboration between her vision and the vendors talents, took our wedding to the next level. As we reflect on our wedding day almost a year later, we are extremely satisfied to have utilized the services of AnikaKai Events. Anika and her staff created a lasting memory for all in attendance.
