We had a venue booked, and a date, and that was about it - we didn't really know what else we were doing. When Gail asked what time we needed her to arrive on our wedding day, we had no idea. Of course, Gail is so accustomed to weddings that she ended up planning our day-of schedule for us in order to figure out when she needed to arrive. So, we got some wedding planning help as an added bonus. Gail takes beautiful, non-gimmicky, photojournalistic wedding photos. My sweetheart is not a person who loves a camera, but Gail made him feel at ease, and even got him to smile for a few pictures. Gail is unobtrusive, which was very important because we got married in a small side room at a restaurant which was a tight squeeze already. Gail didn't get in the way at all, she was like a photo-ninja and took outstanding photos without me even noticing that she was taking them. Gail alerted us that she would take a little longer than usual on editing and sending us our photos because of a planned trip. Even though she gave us a heads-up on the timing issue, she still offered us a photo print credit for the delay. Gail delivered our photos in less than two months of the wedding, and all the photos look awesome.
