Ordered well in advance of my granddaughters baby shower, I was to pick up 8 sets of balloons for a pickup on the day of the shower (a saturday) at 12:30, got there at 1:15 to pickup, 1 set was ready, I was like " are kidding me!!!!!!" I have a shower that I'm decorating and you haven't blown the rest, his statement was I'm sorry we are behind. I told him Ill take this 1 set and send my son back for rest. I didn't receive until after 2pm. What the hell!!!! I paid you for this order 4 days ago. Get more workers or start earlier. read more

As we walked, in there was a woman leaving the store with her child in tow screaming that she never would never be coming back to this store. Welcome to Party City! I wanted balloons for Uncle's birthday. It was fairly busy, but comfortable. I was able to get everything for an impromptu party and was not hit hard in the pocketbook. The line wasn't so bad, although a worker/manager who was either on break or off for the evening was directing line traffic and visiting with a friend, who was in line - so that seemed a little odd - she probably should have taken off her company vest if she wanted to gab, otherwise she looked like she should have been working and wasn't - sort of. I asked the door greeter or the way out, what was the problem with the screaming lady and he explained, politely; that a staff person told her child to stop play around - I guess she didn't like someone correcting her child. Overall, I'm glad they were open and nearby Uncle's to complete our party preparations. read more

The manger Jen was so unprofessional and lazy. I came into party city wanting a balloon delivery thinking it would be a easy process but it wasn't. Jen wouldn't help out her associate when her associate kept asking for help, all she wanted to do was speak through the headset which made it more difficult for the associate. They might as well just close up because I never see hardly anyone shopping in this place. How do they expect to stay in business? You'd almost think the store was closed cuz of the few cars in the parking lot. This party city branch is clean and generally well stocked with party items of all kinds, however they don't seem to keep up with current trends. Minecraft is huge with kids these days and they sell nothing licensed with minecraft, instead I had to pay a fortune for ink in order to do DIY projects. I picked up items that I could use such as candy that could take the place of minecraft mainstays, ie; diamonds, lapis lazuli and anything square. I spent well over 100.00 and realized when I got home that I was over charged for cups, I went back and it was very frustrating trying to explain to the employee and the manager what happened, in the middle of getting it straightened out I noticed the employee making comments under her breath and rolling her eyes about my concern. Really unprofessional, even more upsetting was that I sent an email to party city corporate and never heard anything. I won't be back, with amazon and other sites to buy birthday supplies, I don't need them. I do miss factory card outlet they were friendlier, and had better sales/prices. read more
