She returned and told my partner she would comp the drink and go throw it away. How are you comping us for something we never ordered and instead of trashing it just keep it at our table. She then came with the correct drink and we asked for the bill. On the bill she had still charged gratuity for the drink that was returned. After back and forth the manager came over to say they couldn't remove the gratuity as the system automatically does this.
