The service tech came up and asked all the usual questions. I told them if they could repair it that's what I wanted to do. The tech told me that if it wasn't able to be repaired they only had one tire in stock. She said they would have to check all 4 tires to see if they had the proper amount of tread on them before being able to look at the flat. When I told her I didn't want that and I only came in to have a that specific tire replaced she said I would have to leave the premises and take the tire off and bring it in as a "walk in" If I could do that I could've just changed the tire myself! So I decided to take my money else where! I understand the rules and regulations and it's not the workers rules, but this is seriously getting ridiculous. And somehow I forgot the other bag and by the time I got back to the motel, Safeway was already closed but only by 20 minutes. So I took the chance and I went back and I noticed there was cars in the parking lot. I beat on the window and luckily a very nice person who was still behind stocking came to the window and opened the door and asked what the problem was, I told him what happened and I had my receipt and everything and he did not have to but he did, he went and found the bag that I left behind. He even had to go and round the things up because it had gotten put back. And like I said he did not have to do that and he did and I was so grateful because I was not going to be able to come back in the morning to get my stuff or a reimbursement. So I just want to give a big shout out to the night workers that stock the shelves after closing and say what an amazing job they do. Thank you so much! I loved the peanut sesame dressing and noodles in this salad but wished there was more chicken. Mayak Egg Noodle Bowl, $8.99- My husband picked this salad for himself but I didn't have any. He thought it was good and appreciated something fresh, as his bowl had shredded cabbage, like my salad, and cucumbers and shredded carrots. They're one of those weird places where they only allow credit. But this place had a pop up that said "Debit? Yes or No", which doesn't make any sense since you can't do debit. We had a guy come out from the back to the cash register, and while he was chill, he seemingly didn't care. Overall, this place doesn't look that great, didn't have something we wanted to purchase, and didn't have the customer service, to all combine as the ingredients to make me never go again. Unless I really want Chester's Chicken and don't want to drive that far from my friend's house in Toledo. I didn't even realize they sold Chester's Chicken until I saw a picture on here. They also have plenty cigarettes, pipes, and beer which I usually see a lot of truckers stopping by to pick up. For a small convenience store, it's very clean and organized and the owners are generally really helpful.
