Went back at 4 to pick up my car and they just started on it. Rude but whatever. Then on my way home, my ground effect and something underneath my car flew off on the highway. They did not screw something back properly. Went back in the morning, and the manager Dave told me I hit something on the highway. I DID NOT. After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Horrible customer service and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never go there if they value their car.

When we called we were told that we if we had a problem he would just cancel the request and not come get our vehicle leaving us completely stranded due to the fact that our service department closes at 5 and isn't open on Sunday. He said his boss is at a wedding and that he was in charge and that he doesn't need our business because he has other people he can help. I literally asked him is this really how you do business. Your 2 hours late to pick someone up and because we were upset but not once did we raise our voice or curse he was just gonna cancel our tow. This is honestly the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. And he told me if his boss was around he would care either.

My 7 year old Subaru is finally showing some normal…read morewear and tear and, when my check engine light came on, my best friend referred me to Mullen. They checked on the light and told me what was wrong on the spot and fixed it the next day. The price was extremely reasonable- paid for parts, each of which was outlined in the invoice as well as showed to me on the receipt from the original purchase from Subaru by Mike. A few days after my first repair, my car started making a terrible sound in the front end and I brought it back. It was not a problem that was caused by anything they did- it was from bad service from a nearby Subaru facility- which I knew bringing it in. They looked at it a day earlier than they originally stated they could and found that my entire wheel was loose- terrifying. They unattached and reattached the tires free of charge and sent me on my way! I will ABSOLUTELY go back. Mike is the nicest, most honest businessman I've met in a long time and I really appreciated his hard work and kindness.

Finally, the owner came in and told me he would cut me a good deal. He lied about that. It was a worse deal then what I was previously saying "no" to. He lied about what I was signing and stole $6000 and my trade in. When I called after realizing what happened, he claimed I knew what I was signing and that it was too late. He is a liar and a thief. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.
