There wasn't much flavor in the chicken and the other meat was too dry. I think the veggies were a bit too chard for my liking. The shawarma was not that great. It seamed as if it was chicken chunks and not the properly cooked. The flavor was not great either. There's nothing given as a side or sauce. There's bottles of ketchup on the tables but they looked not too appealing to use. Instead of napkins, you get Kleenex. While the food can be good. I would recommend ordering takeout from here. We opted for the full tasting menu with wine pairing, and I strongly recommend you do the same. Because our hotel was a 30 minute drive, they charged us for a single wine pairing and split the pours between two glasses. Not only was each dish beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and paired with a perfect wine, but they were spaced in such a way that we able to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Our reservation was for 5:00, but we were there for about 3.5 hours. Every minute was enjoyable. This dining experience will be one of top dining experiences of my life, and as I'm in my late 60s and have traveled the world, that's no small statement and one hell of an accomplishment for this chef.
