Our companion was interested in calamari (spent ~45" too long in the fryer) and a bowl of chicken noodle soup that was too big to finish. I thought the broth was good, but I'm partial to a saltier ramen style broth. Shops with hand pulled noodles should offer small scissors. You could pull on a single noodle in your bowl like forever!
