Initially the service person forgot to do the dryer vent but later after calling the service office they sent a person to clean it at later time. The owner has been very nice on the phone and personally apologized for the inconvenience and helped resolved the service issues! I would recommend the service but make sure to call and ask for services included in the package, The dryer vent cleaning is only included in some packages if it's on the 1st floor. Ironically, I would describe him as rude and unprofessional rather than "magic." We had a scheduled appointment for our roof installation; however, no one contacted us to inform us that the appointment would not be kept. Instead, we were the ones who had to call on the scheduled day after taking time off work and waiting at home, expecting the installation to begin. When we reached "Majic Mike," he was extremely rude and dismissive. He stated, and I quote, "There were 36 people scheduled. I didn't have time to call." He then told us that the missed appointment was essentially not his problem and that he did not care whether we rescheduled in one day, one week, or one month because he was "a busy man" regardless of our business. I was so disappointed by his lack of professionalism and customer service that I ended the call. I then contacted our salesperson, Keith Wysocki, who was very apologetic and immediately worked to address the situation. The Customer Service Supervisor also called me back to apologize and help resolve the issue. It is solely because of the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern shown by Keith and the Customer Service Supervisor that we chose not to cancel our project. They restored our confidence and demonstrated the level of customer service we had expected from the beginning. While our experience with "Majic Mike" was extremely negative, these two individuals ultimately saved our business relationship with the company.

The supplies and dumpster were delivered on Friday before the service on Saturday was to take place. On Saturday expecting them around 8:00 A M - 1:00 P M. When I didn't hear from anyone at 11:30, I left a message, Mike called me back at 2:30pm Ame tried to explain, but I wasn't convinced, he told me the crew would be here shortly. The arrived at 3:30 and worked untill a little after it was getting dark. No one talked to me just left an unfinished job. They came back Sunday at 8am and finished 4 hours later, no conversation from anyone. My frustration is I didn't appreciate the lack of communication. After 2 days they cleaned up and did a great job on the roof.
