I contacted Greenline twice, first by phone, and next by opening a ticket on the website. Nothing was done to fix the problem. In October, I found a large area where skunks were digging for grubs. I recently removed four trees from my backyard and needed the stumps removed. I called around to…read moreseveral different places but the Tree Pros were the only people that one, called me back and two, gave me a fair price. I submitted a request online, talked to them shortly after, and he actually stopped by my house, while I was at work, about an hour later and gave me the final quote of $100 for the removal of the four small stumps. I was in communication with the same guy via text message for several days, I think his name was Mike. We went back and forth for a while but I couldn't get him to lock down a date. I told him several times that I was hosting a party at my house on Friday so he needed to come before then or after. He finally told me I was on the schedule for Monday. Friday afternoon I get home from work about 3:30pm and the tree stump removal guy was at my house. I was very confused and unimpressed with the communication amongst the people who are all supposed to be working together. I ran outside and told the guy I was on the schedule for Monday and he said, "Ok, well I'm here now why can't I just do it now?" That is the right answer. He assured me that it would only take 10 minutes and he wouldn't leave behind any mess. I agreed and asked him who I was supposed to pay, he said I was supposed to pay the guy who took the tress down (that was me) and then asked me how much I agreed to pay (I could have made up any number) so I wrote him a check.

Beyond frustrated over our experience with Jason. Paid over 10K in various repairs to our patio…read morelast spring. By the end of the summer, much of the sand had completely washed away, and steps that were "repaired" have completely come loose and are actually WORSE (as in, the entire step of bricks has broken off as opposed to the single loose brick that was the original issue) now than before we had the "repair" work done. Jason assured my husband and I that they would return in the spring to re-sand and take a look at the loose steps. Once we touched base earlier this spring, Jason told us they would be out mid/end of May...nothing. After multiple attempts to reach out, he finally responded and said they would be out the first week of June...again, nothing. Multiple text messages have been sent and left unanswered. So not only are they not coming during the timeframes given, Jason doesn't seem to have the courtesy or professionalism to communicate that they will or will not be coming during the timeframes he originally said. Disappointing to spend this amount of money, with the assurance that they could improve our pavers, and receive such poor customer service when addressing issues related to the job. Also worth noting is that after I left a Google review sharing our frustrations with this company, Jason responded with egregious, defamatory statements. There's nothing high-class about this company whatsoever. Absolutely disgraceful.
