I don't know about you, but I always have to have a cup of coffee as a chaser for my Bloody. I take mine black and strong, to get through the entire day. For my entree, I built my own Omelette with, Spinach, Bacon, Onion and Cheddar Cheese. It was a light golden yellow and was filled with a generous amount of my chosen ingredients. As a side, it came with crispy potato wedges and a small cup of ketchup for dipping. The two paired together, made for an excellent Sunday Brunch. I always sit at the bar, since I usually dine alone and the service was attentive. The bartender was personable and lead the entire bar into a good conversation.
