It can be heard for about 3 blocks into residential areas. I have personally walked to the restaurant 3 times after midnight to ask them to turn it down. I won't go into the details but all 3 times I had to call the local police afterwards. The service is friendly inside but again the food is mediocre. And the owner is not respectful to the public or the local ordinances.

The employees are really nice and seem to have great customer service. However, the last three times I've dined in the evening, I've been disappointed. Everyone appears to be a teenager and aren't particularly friendly, but not necessarily rude either. They seem indifferent. I've stopped there between 6 and 7pm to grab a quick dinner, and each time, my food has been lukewarm and slightly stale. Sometimes, I have to remind them that I ordered a drink, because they've forgotten even though I'm the only person there. I've had big problems in the past with the evening crew being downright rude and lazy. I reported that to upper management and the person was dealt with, but it looks the evening crew is falling apart again. On a good note, I've sampled a few local Hardee's, but this one literally has the best biscuits. Amazingly flaky.

Then when I mentioned it again to the young man working, I was told receipt would come out with order. Saw order sitting there behind two employees for awhile, maybe 5 minutes or so. When I asked if that was my food, he replied, "Yes," and did nothing. Then, I asked if I could have the food, the young man says, "I was going to bring to you," and proceeded to stand and look at me. Finally, he turned to grab the food and I told him I would take it, he gave it to me. When I again asked for the receipt to check my order, because no one at this point didn't seem to care I was overcharged by around $3.00, another customer waiting to order told me it was in the basked with my burger. When I told the employee it was the wrong menu item on the counter, they said nothing. The original young girl cashier went to tell the manager (I had to guess at this point, because still nothing was told to me). Manager finally came out with a cheeseburger in hand and set it on the edge of the back counter (not under the heat lamps) and proceeded to do something else besides give me the cheeseburger. I went to sit with my family to eat my food because it was getting cold. My child had to wait to eat since her cheeseburger was on the back counter. Finally, the girl cashier brought over the change and receipt and set on my table in front of me and walked off, NOT saying ONE WORD. My mother responded, "She didn't even apologize." Which I had realized. So, I went up to notify the manager, who said, "So." Then I asked for the contact information for the owner of the store. I was told by manager it was at the bottom of my receipt. When I asked her name, she didn't respond and looked right at me. I was looking at her right shoulder because her first name was embroidered on it and found that it was, "Tracy." She knew at that point that I knew her name, even though she was unwilling to give it to me. I then proceeded to let her know I was going to give her a failing grade for her customer service as I am here in this venue and all other reviews of this particular fast food restaurant. As I walked away from the counter, manager said, "What is she going to do to me? I've worked here for 16 years. She can't touch me," Without an apology ever received for the inconvenience, I sat back down and proceeded to email the owner of the restaurant. Have yet to hear back. I was disgusted at the fact they was not busy and they couldn't take the time to look to see if it was moldy! I'm allergic to mold so that could of ended badly for me! After finding the molded bread I tried to call the location first time rang and rang got no answer called one last time and it went to some sort of voicemail immediately!
