Although the food here is decent, the kitchen will never ever get your order right if you attempt to order anything to your liking. I work across the street so it is convenient and there really wasn't anywhere else to get middle eastern food. Four times in a row I ordered a sandwich and the only deviation from the menu is that I ask for it with humus; not a difficult request. Every single time, without exception, I have got my sandwich back to my office and it is wrong. I approached management about this and even asked for a refund this last time, but the "manager" didn't care. Service is terrible. There are other places that are a little further, but that's where I will go from now on!! read more

My favorite Mediterranean place in Oakland County for sure, and there are a lot of places around. The staff is really attentive and nice, and the food is incredible. You can't get a bad meal here, but I especially recommend any lamb dish and the whitefish. read more

We are addicted to their tawook sandwiches (swarma, but with white meat). They are SOOOO good and SOOOO garlic filled. Take a breath mint on the way you. SOOOO yummy! read more

This tiny restaurant is always packed at lunch for good reason. Great food, quick and attentive service. Great for dine-in and carry-out alike. Generous portions at a reasonable price point make this a great value. read more

We ordered carry out from this place today two trays ones of $29 and one of $33, but the quantities were so little and we got really embarrassed infront of our friends. Shawarma Chicken was half burnt and very dry. We are not getting food from here again ever. read more

Had lunch here while traveling for work. It was OK but I was a little disappointed after having read such positive reviews. It was busy. I had to wait several minutes before being seated, although there was room at the counter, which is where they eventually seated me. It was very noisy, rather warm, close quarters there, with workers processing many takeout orders immediately in front of me. Not a peaceful location but I understand they were busy. It was fun watching the little pitas baking in the oven, so you know they are made fresh. Fattoush salad was good. Chicken shawarma was a little dry. Rice had a nice flavor. Atmosphere detracted from the dining experience. read more

I've always had a wonderful experience at Cedar Grille! I've tried many of the dishes and have never gone wrong. The freshly-baked bread is a treat with their "tomato salsa" and the fattoush salad is a perfect appetizer (best fattoush dressing I've ever had, no joke). My personal favorite is the "chicken harra" and I highly recommend it to folks who like a nice kick with their meal. For dessert I love the rice pudding with honey, almonds, and cinnamon. It's a must try. The wait staff is attentive and very polite, and the owner Camilia always checks on her patrons to ensure they are enjoying their experience. An all-around great place to enjoy Lebanese food! read more

The food is good but the people treat their customers really bad. They literally yelled at about me to their co workers for asking them to change my order. Yes it was my mistake to change the order but they are not supposed to yell about the customers in front of people. I felt really bad. Will never go there again. read more

Came in expecting to have chicken shawarma for dinner. The waiter asked if we ever been there and if we knew of anything else on the menu. It's awesome he took the time to point out other good entrées. The food was amazing. I'm so happy to have this experience. We will be back soon! read more

This place as good lunch menu. I go there regularly before noon for Lunch. But today I was there little after noon and its very crowded. Staff is general good, but today they had no idea wats going on. It took more than hour for lunch... Place as good food but either go before noon for lunch or after 1pm or take out... read more

I have been to many Lebanese restaurants in the area, but this one surpasses them all. My Lebanese friend and I stopped in for dinner tonight for the first time and we had a great experience. He loved the food and said it reminded him of his mother's home cooking. From the ghallabas, hummus, and the rice pudding at the end, everything tasted amazing. The service was quick and our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. It is a comfortable and cozy environment, and a clean establishment. We will definitely be coming back soon!! read more

A group of Equestrians and parents went in for dinner. There was 20 of us but accommodated us very well. Decor fit the BBQ theme. Food was good. Would go again. read more

Great spot for lunch! I met a friend, and we got seated and waters brought out right away. She has a Gluten Allergy, and the owner/manager came out and spoke directly too us offering different menu suggestions. Our salads came out right away and very fresh. In the future I would ask for dressing on the side. My chicken schwarma wrap was really good- very tender meat and I loved the garlic sauce. My friend had the shish kabob which was a really good portion for lunch, tender lamb and served with fresh vegetables. Overall a really good experience, somewhere I would go back too and recommend to others. read more

Delicious food. I love the sample platter for 2. The bread is made there, and the specials are good too. I am from Dearborn originally and I know good Arabic food. read more

The Best Smoothest Hummus EVER! It even gives competition to my Lebanese friend's recipe, which is also great. They run a great online order/carry-out service, so next time, I'll save a lot of time on a busy workday. My order had two special requests and they did them without hesitation and superbly. I'm headed back for a second visit asap! read more

Awesome restaurant with large meal portions and fresh, high quality food! The lettuce of the salad is crisp, and the soup is always warm and delicious. I always take bread and half of my rice home with me since they give you so much! read more

The chicken Shawarma here is delicious. The chicken is moist and the garlic sauce is the best I've ever had! The owners and staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I will definitely be returning. read more

Solid Lebanese food at this place. Being Lebanese, I may be biased, but this is my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant in the area.

The food is quite good, but room is crowded and service is typically slow and uninspired. It's worth going for the food but don't expect wowed by much else. (Oh, and I think their Groupon is quite stingy being only $20 for dinner... no way two can eat their for $20. Would be perfect for a nice lunch, but they disallow!). read more

Every meal I've ever hadat Cedar Grille is delicious. The garlic for the chicken Shwarma it's fabulous! The staff is very friendly and service is great read more

I admit: I'm a tough grader. The ingredients used at Cedar Grille seem right. My Lamb Shwarma looked right. The lamb, however, was pretty dry. The tahini was very good, though. The hummus: strange. It was very, very smooth and like the texture of slightly runny milkshake. I'd never experienced anything like it and it seemed, in general, light on all the things I expect from hummus: hearty flavor, hefty mouth feel. Very strange. read more

I love coming here for a quick, delicious bite. I typically get the Fattoush salad, Chicken Shawarma Sandwich, or Lamb Chops. They are all so good. The service is amazing and everyone is so nice. The food is reasonably priced. read more

Food is ok but the service has gone down hill! Had to wait a long time for everything...it was really annoying. Had to stand up to ask for bill. Owner needs to make effort to train new emoloyees on being prompt! read more

I love this place! My absolute favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the metro Detroit area. The service is the best. Feels like family every time I go in. read more

Was in there today and had the the green beans with meat! My server recommended it too me and it was delicious!!! I believe this is a family owned business and the owner really cares about her staff, it was our waitress birthday and they came out with a cake for her and the whole restaurant sang. It was very sweet and make me and my wife feel like we were at home. This was my first time here and I will absolutely be back! read more

Great food, good prices, and nice service. This is my go to place when I'm in the mood for Middle Eastern food. The food is consistently good every time, no surprises. I have been here for carry out and dine in. Have never had a bad meal or any real complaints. The carry out salads are large and the dressing is fantastic, plus they provide those little triangle breads as well if you want to use with it. Can be a little pricey, but I think you get what you pay for. read more

5 stars for this one. Excellent menu, fantastic food! Scrumptious Ghallaba. Superb Fallafal. Fattoush to die for!

I love this place! Had great service and the waiter was extremely helpful in helping pick entrees!

Although it was a little pricier than some other places, the great environment and great service was definitely worth it. The food was as good as it gets, and the waiter was really friendly as well, and constantly asked if I needed anything else. I've been to almost every arabic restaurant in the area, and Cedar Grille has been one of my favorite. The waiter chatted with me while refilling my water, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. read more

The food is phenomenal! I am Lebanese myself and very familiar with Arabic food. I visited Lebanon multiple times, and out of all the other Mediterranean restaurants in the area, this is by far the closest if not the best to home made Arabic food. The service was great and the food came super quick, under 10 minutes. It felt like my family and I were eating dinner in the Middle East. I highly recommend you to stop by to check it out, wont disappoint you! Great experience, Thank you. read more

I walked in and I already felt like I was at home ! Very comfortable atmosphere!! a nice, small, and quiet place. The waiters and waitresses were very kind and helpful. It was a great dinner and a great environment to be in to eat. I would be back definitely. read more
