Told me that if I could get screw out he would come back and fix it !! He didn't offer any solution to the issue and picked up his little tool bag and said the service call was $140 dollars!! For what ? He didn't fix anything and had no suggestions , called service department and told them we refused to pay a service call do to nothing was fixed and they told us we are sending you a bill and don't ever call us again for anything !! I have never seen such a poorly run business that have no answers or remedies but expect you to pay for a repairman that neither has the knowledge or the tools to perform his job!! She's very nice and very overworked and they obviously put her there to discourage anybody from asking for any help. It's pretty disgraceful that you would have a disabled person at the front of the store and require them to lift things just to discourage your customers from actually wanting to use a real checker When they first opened and put their competition out of business they said that they were going to hire more employees not less. When I asked to talk to a manager I realized I was actually number three in line to talk to a manager because he was hiding in the back and did not want to come out and deal with any customers. I will never shop at Lowe's again. They should be ashamed of themselves. They have destroyed both jobs and the customer experience.
