When his guys showed up on time yesterday, they worked extra hours to finish the job before sundown and ran me through a compete tutorial on the system. Moreover, they were happy to make camera adjustments to meet my satisfaction even when that meant extra time high up on ladders and in the attic in almost 100 degree heat! All I can say is I'm thrilled with the job they performed and I fully recommend them!

Rick and his crew are a solid group of guys…read more I hired them to run shielded CAT6A and speaker wiring in my new Palm Springs house. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

Then, on the day of the installation, he and his partner discussed the plan of action, including my desired camera placements. In the end, they did an excellent job installing the cameras and running the cables. The price per cable run was reasonable and included the materials. After the installation, I was able to configure the new cameras via UniFi Protect with no problem. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for pros to install your security cameras (WiFi or PoE). Thanks again Rick and the team.

I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

Outstanding Work - Clean Ethernet Install & Professional Cable Management…read more I wanted to show a clear before and after because the difference is incredible! Before, the Ethernet cable in my room was left hanging out of the wall, and the wiring closet was a complete mess due to a previous technician's sloppy work. Nothing was labeled, cables were tangled everywhere, and it was nearly impossible to trace or use the connections properly. After hiring this technician, everything changed. They: * Installed a clean, flush-mounted Ethernet jack that looks professional and works perfectly. * Organized the entire wiring closet -- bundling, labeling, and routing everything neatly. * Took time to troubleshoot, test connections, and make sure everything was functional and efficient. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and work ethic really stood out. They not only fixed the issue, but also left my setup looking 100× better than it ever did before. Now I can plug directly into the wall for a strong Ethernet connection, and I actually understand what's going on in my network closet. Highly recommend this technician if you need Ethernet installation, wall jack setup, or network cleanup. Professional, clean work, worth every dollar.
