This didn't go well. After a few weeks calling (parts not in, parts not in), I gave up and bought a new fixture, instructing the person to return it, unfinished. Went in on Saturday, March 30th to order the cedar. He told my Husband, he'd call him Monday with a quote and we should be able to have it by Wednesday. Monday came and went without a call. My husband called on Monday at 4:00 was assured he'd get a call by 9:00 am on Tuesday to let us know the price and what he could get us. No guarantees we could get it all in 6' lengths. We still haven't gotten a call back. No worries! They ended up saving us money by not calling us. My husband went to Watertown for a job and stopped in at F.D Sterrit Lumber Company. They had just sold all the cedar they had, but ordered us some 6' lengths and it is ready for pick up just 3 days later and they called!!

A few months…read morelater, in February 2024, I needed warranty service and it took several attempts to reach Ed before I finally got a response; and then an additional two weeks before he acted on it - and this is after having paid extra for their 'customer hotline' service when we bought the tractor. Waste of money. A little over a year later, my now 18 month old tractor needed service again. Same problem - no response from Ed until I made my 3rd attempt and asked if he was purposely ignoring me. I got a response and promises to get me info on what parts to order since attachments only have a year warranty. Three weeks later I haven't gotten any further info from him, but did find another LS dealer who helped me resolve the problem. I'd now give LS tractors about three stars out of five and the Tractor Place of New Hampshire a solid one star.
