As for the atmosphere, while we were there, a customer and an employee were openly arguing. Perhaps that created a distraction that caused our drinks to be disappointing. It's also possible that the customer's drink was terrible, and they were disputing it. My take - If you order a coffee, expect mostly milk, none of the syrups, zero whipped cream, and totally apathy. If you order cocoa and pay for some whipped cream, you probably won't get it. We paid extra and tipped - it made zero difference. We marked this location off the list for our next road trip.
