We ordered the Sweet and Spicy Chicken because it sounded really unique. However, despite the name it was obviously Sweet and Sour Chicken. I really enjoyed eating it so I can't really complain, but it would be nice if the menu was more accurate. The sushi was fantastic. The EST Roll was excellent, but it was the SS Dragon Roll that was the highlight of the meal. I have never had such crisp and fresh shrimp tempura in a roll before. The tempura had a nice crunch to it and the creaminess of the avocado was a nice balance to this. Spicy Salmon Roll: The spicy salmon roll is a classic and its always my go-to order. The rolls were packed tightly which helped keep its integrity with each bite. The salmon was buttery with a delicate sweetness to it but again, I was hoping for it to be spicy.
