Why 4 stars? Because everything was high quality, it just took a while to get it…read more --- --- --- I have wanted to visit Heirloom for quite a while and finally just got the chance to make it happen. When a place has a rating of 4.9 stars with 70 reviews, it's somewhere I want to be. We visited the Saturday before Christmas and were told upon walking in that it was a unique day with table service and a special Christmas brunch menu. I was a bit bummed about that because I wanted access to the full menu after attempting to come here for weeks, but there were still some really interesting things available, so my bummedness quickly subsided. Unfortunately, the real downside of visiting on a day like this was that the wait time was really rough. We weren't sure exactly how long it was but we know that it was within a few minutes of an hour, give or take, from the time we ordered our food until it arrived. I don't want to be too critical of a super successful small business over something like that. I fully appreciate that they wanted to do something unique and probably bit off more than they could chew in the process. Fortunately, we were able to re-schedule an appointment we had for later in the day, so no harm no foul. Once we did receive the food, it was obvious why the ratings are so high. The quality of everything was amazing. I loved stealing most of the bacon off my son's plate, and of course, also enjoyed a large portion of his snowman pancake while he was busy playing on his ipad. But for my own meal, I ordered the Beef Tenderloin Gremolata and loved every bite of it. For what tasted like really high end beef, it was only $24 too, which seems impossible in 2025. I'm happy we finally got to check this place out and we'd love to come back again on non holiday weekend!

They accommodated us with our stroller and made it work. I am so excited that I found a farm to table restaurant where I feel like the food is good enough quality to feed my baby. We paid $50 per person for the brunch buffet and the baby was free since she is under 2. The food was delicious! They had an amazing assortment of fresh fruits, cheese, breads, salads, breakfast foods, dips, pasta, and veggies. They also had a carving station with steak and chimichurri sauce. I tried the chicken sausage, steak, beet hummus, tomato salad, whipped feta, biscuits with jam, and an assortment of the veggies & fruits. I also ordered over easy eggs and French toast which they make and bring to the table to keep them fresh but they were included in the buffet. After eating we walked around a bit to see the farm and the animals. Such a cute place for a date or a family outing. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back to try their normal menu.

The food was good nothing out of this world but the overall experience was very pleasant. It's family-friendly and also a nice spot for a casual date. We ordered the farmer's breakfast and a stack of pancakes. My favorite was the brisket with jam and butter definitely the highlight of the meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Just a heads-up: everything is made to order, so it may take a little time. Be patient and enjoy the moment.

They have a lot of choices to pick from a lot of breakfast and lunch options which were great lotta seating and even a kids play area. We went during the week in the morning and wasn't super busy. Still a lot of seating available we tried our breakfast tacos, which were really good and had their coffee and the coffee I got was the white chocolate tiramisu and it was delicious their cups are huge, which I love as a coffee drinker. Overall, the place was really awesome. I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will be back and visiting my sister.

I loved this place until today…read more... I frequent this establishment for their great toffee coffee and for what they say they represent - love. But today I got absolutely NO LOVE. The drive thru intercom is not great. It's ok, I deal with it. We have worse issues in this world. So if I have to repeat myself a few times, I am fine with it. Today I was asked to repeat my self twice. After repeating myself twice, the lady exclaimed, "You don't have to yell at me." Of course I was taken aback by this response. When I drove around I asked the young lady at the window if she was who I was speaking to over @the intercom, she said no and asked why. Her voice sounding familiar, by the way. When I explained she looked around pretending to be perplexed, before asking me to hold as she closed the drive thru window. A few minutes later the owner appeared in the window greeting me with, "Did we make you mad today?" No hello, just this odd question. My response, "Why would I be mad, only dogs get mad?@" He then asks what happened. I explained. His response was, "Oh she didn't mean it like that." Well, I don't know how else she meant it. The intercom is shoddy, she could not hear me, I repeated my order twice at her request each time speaking a little louder and she says, "I don't need to yell at her." His response again, "She didn't mean it that way, she's one of my best employees and we are taking care of your coffee today." I told him I wasn't interested in freebies, I was interested in great customer service and an apology. He continued to push the free coffee toward my car window to appease me, I suppose@. I declined again. He then says, "Well you have a reward today, do you want to take advantage of it?" I declined a third time. I don't need anything free. I'm a loyal customer who tries to support local, family-owned businesses and this was the treatment I received. I will not be back. Keep your free coffee. Keep your rewards. Keep your excuses. Keep your bad behavior. I travelled half a mile to Starbucks where I received great service with a great smile. Do better Just Loce Coffee Cake Cypress, Texas.

Now please stop hitting on the servers, otherwise I'll have to rename it In-putting-the-moves-on Bubble Tea Bar. I prefer Outfuzion, especially after how this place went downhill. I used to love the stand-alone shop of Infuzion way up on the FM in Spring. This one is way out in Hempstead in the northwest corner of Cypress at the mall, same owner, same menu, couldn't be more different though. Positives - it's great to have some bubble tea at the mall, it's refreshing and better than other options, and sometimes service is nice (sometimes not). Negatives - I have to say that Infuzion is not what it once was. Some of their drinks taste good but some of them are really lacking something. As I said about the other location - definitely one of the places where I have mixed opinions. My first visit here I really like some of the Innovative drinks they had. The stand in the Cypress outlet mall on the other hand was really disappointing. When we came back for our second and third visits here we had a more mixed experience. I didn't get the best impression of the owners and some of the drinks we're not very impressive. So I have mixed feelings and issues with this place. I still think it's great to have this at the mall and it's still a lot better than most bubble tea you will find in most malls. Not to mention Barbie did some of her greatest ever modeling here as you can see. A night with me can cause some bruisin' Which is why I win while they be losin' But if your lips are scarlet And you're kinda a harlot Then get bubble tea now from Infuzion
