Yes waxing is painful, but this seemed like the goal was to get me in and out in 10 minutes or less. It seemed like there was no consideration for my comfort. On top of that, I left every waxing with bruises (which can happen if you're not hydrated) but also burns and raw skin patches that took a long time to heal fully. Any complaints I made, I was told to purchase something from their extensive line of pre and post care ointments and products, and that the wax was kept at a regulated temperatures. The staff was friendly, but having to show ID to collect your items felt a bit odd, though I understand it's their policy. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with a QR code that needs to be scanned at pickup. I've heard they're opening a new location in Pittsford Plaza, where Bed Bath & Beyond used to be, which is great news! This location has plenty of shared parking, so it's easy to navigate.
