During multiple appointments, the owner was scrolling through Facebook and texting during my session. She thought she was being sneaky but wasn't. Great support staff. Very kind and friendly. Always a cynic, I was hesitant to spend the money on acupuncture for my 13 yr old…read moredachshund, Loki, who has chronic back issues, however, as his condition continued to get deteroriate and traditional medicines were not helping, my husband and I decided to give Dr. Matt's practice a try. We couldn't be happier and are now complete believers! Since his acupuncture, Loki has a new lease on life! Dr. Matt is caring, thorough and goes to the extra trouble to explain everything in as much detail as you desire....I asked lots of questions, and all of them were answered. He is very knowledgeable on Eastern medicine and recommended some additional herbal therapies. The needles never seemed to cause Loki any pain and the sessions lasted less than an hour. We had a total of 5 initial treatments, and will do quarterly tuneups going forward. We saw drastic improvements after just 2 sessions. Loki is now pain free and as nimble as a dog 1/2 his age.
