I visited an actual store to make my first CBD oil purchase because I wanted the assurance and expertise of an actual person with whom I could interact and ask questions. I didn't really get that. After a few vague responses from the sales associate, I walked out with the pricey beeZbee cbd tincture 250 mg. When I got home, I scoured the internet for information about this oil and the company that produces it (certification? dosing? carrier liquid?). Nada. So I called the store to ask about it. The sales associate told me that the brand is new for them, and there is no website, and she doesn't know much about it. Yiiiiiiikes. I know it is on me to be an informed consumer, so I take that one. But all the hype about the helpful information from knowledgeable staff was not true for me. I'll shop online next time. read more

Found this site after researching medical benefits of both CBD oil and Kratom. This review is purely about the shop, I make no claims towards the products since the results will vary for individuals. I will say that if you suffer from anxiety, pain, tension in the body, or fatigue, you should give these products a shot. The store is super cute, very clean, well kept. Hannen behind the counter helped me in so many ways, she was awesome!! As a complete novice to the entire herbal world, I walked in out of curiosity. Some neighbors are apparently in a bit of a tizzy over this shop. I deplore social ignorance. The store is unobtrusive, open, and nicely organized. Matt was busy speaking with a few folks on at the counter but when it was our turn, he was gracious and explained EVERYTHING. I came out with a great experience and some sample products which work wonderfully for pain and anxiety management. A great alternative to western pills, this has been used for hundreds of years. I have been a fairly regular Kratom user for a few years, and have considered myself an expert. I've used tons of strains,etc. this place had strains and variations I've never heard of and knew nothing about. Not such an expert. While very impressive, it was pretty over priced. At $1 a gram an ounce of say, red vein Bali, will run you $28. Normal suppliers sell it at around $10, some even less. But the product is good, selection (for Kratom, not cbd) absolutely top notch, and I did get 70g free when I bought 100 free so it got a little better. Also, they do not stock a lot of the cbd items they advertise online. Better than a head shop but you're better off online. read more

I visited this shop with no idea what i was looking for or what to expect. I needed/wanted a natural way to deal with severe inflammation in my spine. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable woman who pointed me in the right direction. She explained a few items to treat inflammation and I decided on a lotion. I don't usually slam any businesses, but it's been a while since I've been to this place and the last unpleasant experience is still ringing in my mind, so I think I need to get all the nastiness from this place off my mind. The fist time I went to this place I wasn't sure of what I wanted. When I walked through the front door there were two groups of people standing around and chatting in random spots. I had to look real close to figure out who was a customer and who was a sales person. There was a register at the far end of the room with no one by it. There was no obvious place to stand or get a number so I just browsed and listened in on the conversations to see if I could get some kind of service. In the mean time more customers came in. I got passed over a couple of times for customers that came in after I did. After about twenty minutes I finally talked to a sales person. We talked pleasantly enough about the products I was interested in and then I bought what I wanted and left ( actual discussion plus purchase was about 5 min). Not a great experience, but whatever, good enough I guess. The next time I went back to this place was February 17, 2018 at around 9:30 pm. This time I knew exactly what I wanted. Same deal though. Same two sales people chatting with customers in random spots and no obvious place to wait for service, so I go to the abandoned register and wait, as any reasonable customer would. I wait about five minutes, I'm keeping myself occupied with my phone, daydreaming, whatever, suddenly I hear "you need to get out of the way! There's a line, you know!" in an extremely hostile tone of voice. It was the female sales person. I'm totally thrown off balance by this. What's going through my mind is "WTF is going on?" I'm getting attacked by a crazy person that imagines a line that doesn't exist. I was so confused, but I defend myself reflexively by saying "What line? If there's a line you need to make it obvious." Then I moved out of the crazy lady's way and we went about our business. The male sales person that helped me the first time finally came around and let me make my purchase that took all of two minutes. To be clear, the reason I was in this place is because I am high-strung and I'm hyper-aware of everything, so it's not like I was totally in the clouds. She came from the other side of the room with her group of customers and immediately laid into me without warning or hesitation. This is probably the single worst experience as a customer I have ever had. After some reflection on what I experienced both times, I gather that this place is run like a used car lot where the sales people work on commission and are under a lot of pressure to SELL, SELL, SELL! This is not my kind of place and not the kind of place for most people who really need CBD or kratom. Just now, I went on line and bought 250g of kratom for about the same price that these clowns sell 30g for and I didn't have to deal with any confusion or hostility. Finally, to sum it up, this is not the place to go if you have anxiety, or pain, or inflammation, or disorientation, or depression because it will just cause you more anxiety, pain, inflammation, disorientation, and depression. I visited this shop for the first time a few weeks ago and purchased a vape cartridge, pen, and some of their oil. The shop is well organized and I had an overall good experience which led me to come back this past Monday to pick up more items. Unfortunately, my experience with their products was very different from the first. I purchased 2 cartridges, 200 mg this time. I got the 100mg the first go round. And I bought another 100mg of oil. The oil I have had mixed results with. I only felt like it was helpful the first time I tried it. The other times it didn't seem to have much of an effect. The pens had more of an impact but the 2 I got Monday, they seem to be defective. I try to draw from them and it's a struggle. The oil feels stuck if that makes sense. I thought maybe the pen needed to be charged because it's feels similar to that when the batter is low. But I charged up the pen and had the same problem. I then opened the other cartridge thinking maybe it was just that one and again had the exact same problem. I am able to get something out of it but it's either not enough or the potency sucks because I'm not feeling any relief like I did before. On top of this, I spent $126 dollars on this stuff and just called in to try and see about replacing the cartridges but they wouldn't do so without a receipt. Understandable, however as I thought back I didn't recall them handing me a receipt at all. I distinctly remember because after I got into the Uber after I left the store, I wanted to see how much the items were each and didn't have the receipt. I just checked my purse and wallet to be sure and nothing. The charge is on my bank statement but they won't accept that. I also didn't receive an email or text confirmation of the order like I did the first time I purchased. Again, I understand needing to have the receipt but their employee failed to issue me one and I thought nothing of it because I didn't anticipate having any problems nor did I have an issue with the amount of money I spent. But now that I am, I'm stuck having wasted that much money for crappy products. I thought I had found a good spot for cbd products as I need something for pain management because I am allergic to certain pain meds so I stay away from them. I'll be finding another place to shop since they did nothing to try and help at all. Not even look at their receipts or records of purchase. It's all good though, just wanted to share my experience and to warn people that the cartridges could be faulty and always make sure they give you a receipt so you don't run into this issue. read more

Visited the shop for the first time yesterday. My daughter who is 28 has been taking Kratom for the past year in order to get off heavy duty meds she had been on since her Leukemia diagnosis in 2014. I've heard about both CBD oil and Kratom in my Fibromyalia groups so after some googling I found this place. I don't like ordering things online, especially things that I might not like. I prefer a brick and mortar, face to face store where I can ask and see first. My husband who suffers from extreme anxiety and stress has tried medications and marijuana to help but hates meds and does not like feeling high. We took a road trip here from our suburb and met Matt. He was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and unlike most specialty shops (head shops, vape shops, etc...) he was down to earth and easy going and genuinely excited that we were there with so many questions. He walked us through every product and listened to each of our very specific needs. We picked out a few products to try (and some free samples!) and plan on checking back in later this week to let Matt know how it went. He said if the products we chose weren't right he would help us find what works. This place is a blessing. I have been chained to opioids, muscle relaxants and NSAIDs for so long that my kidneys are suffering. So great to have an alternative!
