Legitimately go take your computer to Silicon Valley to have it looked at or a custom one made. We spoke and he decided he would be able to take over my computer remotely and we set an appointment for the next day, 9:00 am. ERIC called @ 9, took over the controls, uninstalled spyware, reinstalled a newer better version of spyware, removed lingering viruses and gave it a complete tune-up.
