Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Tuesday night? Wasted. Wednesday night? Gone. Thursday? Yep, still trying to solve what should have been a straightforward issue. After hours of running around, they confidently sent me to the Capitol Mall--WRONG. Now I have to drive to Scotts Valley. Maybe next, they'll direct me to the Bermuda Triangle?
