Look at these marks on the wood- really CB2? They're all over the table.

I bought a vanity table with CB2 and went to the LA location to pick it up. I'm very particular when it comes to wood grain (especially if I'm paying a considerable amount of money on it) and I let them know. Unfortunately, I had to exchange the table several times because they couldn't check the table before sending them. The third one I got was clearly used, damaged, and I gave up. I am extremely upset with CB2, especially the fact I paid for a new one and they gave me a used one. I've already talked to customer support at CB2 and there's nothing to be done. I am never shopping with CB2 again. 0/10 would not recommend.

Was excited to get the Amani bed. Loved the design. Would fit great in my space. I took a PTO day for delivery. The delivery guys were fantastic and arrived even before the scheduled time...only to find that this newly launched product which they opened fresh from the box did not come with hardware. So now I'm left with pieces of this bed all over my bedroom and customer service was unable to give me an ETA for when they'd be able to get the hardware even though they said it would likely be quicker for me to leave the pieces as is rather than have the guys take the bed back with them. So now I'm left in limbo with no idea when I'll have a bed to sleep on, and potentially lose another PTO day because their Quality Control needs quality control. Beyond frustrated Update: delivery people were on the phone with their dispatcher while I was there. They were told that it would be a few hours before they'd be able to get an ETA on the hardware. Well I called back and the person I spoke to THREW THE DELIVERY PEOPLE UNDER THE BUS. He Alexis said, after I told him what the dispatcher said, said sometimes the delivery people will tell you something false...until I said I was there when he made the call cause he used my phone. So now I'm told they won't find out for another 24-48 hours about the hardware after which I need to schedule another delivery time for them to come out and assemble the bed. So this is now my bed for the foreseeable future

ANDY! Andy is a sweet caring helpful professional and luckily for CB2 he is one of their managers. After much searching for a coffee table, Andy helped me find my perfect dream coffee table at first I was reluctant because the coffee table is round, but after Andy's words of wisdom, I decided he was right and I bought the coffee table, thanks to him. I am so happy. I literally cried tears of joy after finally, finding my dream coffee table.

I saw a few pieces at this store that I just had to get, I bought the gold metallic credenza and the Bozzi chair and ottoman. The chair is an absolute pleasure, the credenza was more problematic, I love the aesthetic, but it's probably impossible to get a perfectly delivered piece, I had two different credenza's delivered and they both had scratches and ill fitting doors. It's still very pretty, I'm just not happy with the imperfections.

Cracked table - we had to cover it with painters tape to make sure no one injures themselves again on the table.

Soooo.... The furnature finally arrived and the three thousand dollar table was cracked. CRACKED! Cracked... like... really cracked. Like cut open your hand cracked. The delivery driver sliced his hand open on the crack and so did my mom as she was inspecting it. The crack had tiny sharp points almost like a cheese grater. I imagine this table didn't go through any type of inspection by CB2 since it doesn't appear to be a crack that happened during shipping. It looks as though the stone was cut this way. Again, how embarrassing for CB2 to be operating this way. At this point, I am starting to feel as though this place is 100% a scam. A legit scam. Posing as a high end furnature retailer but actually they are just another generic furnature maker. How does a table cost 3k and not go through any final inspection? Pre cut stone from IKEA doesn't even come damaged like this. Absolutely insane. Also, I've been chasing a phone call from the store manager, and DM for over a week now. No response yet. Also, Candace at the store level is an absolute joke. So facetious and unprofessional. I caution anyone interested in purchasing any furnature from cb2 to look elsewhere. I am also waiting on chairs from crate & barrel which were ordered last summer and we still haven't received them.

Easy pick up set up. Buy your stuff online. Enter the parking lot. Follow the signs for where to park for CB2 pickup. Text the number listed on the parking lot sign. Wait for them to come out with your purchase. Also, they validate your parking.

I ordered 6 boxes of glasses for pick up from these locations. I drove about 3 hours total. Once I got home, I realized that I was missing a box. Accidents happen, but I was worried about having to do another drive. When I called, they were super sympathetic and accountable. They offered to ship the box to save me the trip. I am super grateful for the customer service and also my new amazing glasses!

There's plenty of plant varieties to choose from as well as plant accessories like ceramic pots in all shapes and sizes. When you walk up to the second floor, the garden oasis continues and then in the evening, the space turns into a restaurant. I first attended Rolling Greens for their floral arrangement class which is $250 per person. It comes with a vase, all the florals, one flower food, and the needed materials to make the arrangement in glass. It also comes with wine or refreshing tea. The instructor spent the first 30ish minutes chatting about arrangements and what itesm to start with, and some simple reflexing of petals and wiring, but I do wish there was a bit more technique learned. I did appreciate them walking through each person to give advice and everyone was incredibly friendly! I was very happy to walk out with a beautiful arrangement. Transportation afterwards was a bit difficult, but now I have the vase to create something again!

If you happen to speak to the owners - an elderly woman and man - it's your lucky day. They can hardly waste their breath to speak to you. Sometimes, you may encounter a young woman who is friendly and helpful, but they have such a high staff turnaround, she probably won't last long. It's really a shame because they do have a great curation of pieces but their attitude is so appalling that it doesn't matter how good the it is, you enter and leave with such a bad taste that you would never buy anything from them (I'll buy my Roly Poly chair from 1st Dibs, thank you). As an interior designer, I've purchased many things for clients in the past, but I truly cannot patronize them anymore.

Me and my client were immediately approached by a man who introduced himself as the owner who then proceeded to follow us around the store talking all the while a dime a dozen real loud and obnoxious. Not only did we not want this it made us extremely uncomfortable, especially as he was so incredibly unpleasant about all of his clients and staff and even some of the artists they were showing. He would not go away or leave us alone did not get the hint at all. This man complained about multiple staff members to us also mentioned several very well known designers by name as being hard to work with (in his view)despite us showing zero interest in hearing it as some of these people are friends and industry peers of mine, it felt so unprofessional and indiscreet. There was a young girl working in there who must have been so awkward, she seemed friendly and polite would rather have talked to her. My client asked me if we could just leave and said she didnt want to buy anything from a place like this with such little respect for their clientele and represented artists. She is a collector and loves discovering new artists but was very upset at the lack of respect. If i sold through them I would be P*SSED at the way they talked about me as well as the buyers of my work, I have lived in NY for 20 years and never once had such a bad feeling about someone in my industry. Horrible man horrible day and I will never purchase for clients from here ever again and will advise others to do the same. What a way to run a business, great job guys

H+E shipped us a rug that, upon unwrapping, absolutely reeked of onions - I can't overstate how…read morestrong the smell was. We reached out to H+E, and they effectively rinsed their hands of accountability as we were outside the 14 day return policy. They suggested we take the rug to a professional carpet cleaner, which we did at our own expense. $450 later, and after three attempts from this highly reputable company, the smell still lingers. Note - the rug cleaning company stated that usually one professional cleaning resolves odors - they tried 3x. H+E is shirking all responsibility, thus now we are out $2,200 for the rug + $450 for the cleaning. If you plan on using this company, immediately inspect your product for any defects or issues, as they have zero desire to resolve issues beyond the stated return policy window.
