I was immediately compensated for the issues I had surfaced and am extremely grateful to the Qshark team for doing so. **ORIGINAL** Unfortunately I cannot say I would recommend Qshark. We hired them for a cross country move and were very hopeful for a smooth process given the total cost we were quoted. Prior to the move, I will say the customer service was great. Any question we had was answered promptly and clearly over email, which was very helpful when preparing for the move. On the day of pick up, the movers were punctual, organized, kind and respectful. I have no complaints for the first half of the move. The delivery is where things started to go south. Our movers assured us they would arrive by July 1, however the night before I received a text from Frank that the movers were very delayed and were likely going to miss the delivery date. He let me know the battery had died in the moving truck and therefore they were unable to make the agreed upon delivery date. This was a problem as we had no accommodations for that night, assuming we would've been able to stay in our new home. Frank offered to cover the cost of any hotel expenses we incurred, which was the right thing to do given the circumstances. However, I did have to follow up with him once or twice to complete the reimbursement, which again isn't the type of service I would expect given the premium cost we paid and unique circumstances. When the movers arrived the next day, things looked positive as they were unloading all the furniture. However once they left we realized several items were either missing or damaged. Our bed frame, bar cabinet, shoe cabinet and futon all had either pieces missing or parts that had been dinged. On top of all of that, our TV screen had been damaged in the move. I have since been asking for claim details to get reimbursed for the TV repairs, and have followed up daily with no progress or confirmation that we will be compensated for the damages. Overall while the movers themselves were wonderful, the service of Qshark fell far below expectation and I would not book with them again.

I was so stressed that my whole body was reacting to the anxiety. In all of my previous moves, my brother rented a U-Haul with a couple of helpers, and somehow we always ended up with broken furniture or damaged belongings. This time I decided to spend a little more because I'd rather pay professionals than have to throw away broken furniture and buy everything again. I searched through about ten different moving companies, and Two Men and a Truck stood out to me. I'm actually the type of person who reads the negative reviews first, not the positive ones, and I noticed this company had almost no bad reviews. That's what convinced me to book them. On July 21, Ivan and Adrian arrived at my apartment at 9:00 AM. I had already packed most of the smaller items myself and taken them over in my car, and my dad had wrapped some of the larger furniture the night before. But the moment Ivan and Adrian walked through the door, it honestly felt like someone had poured cold water over all my stress. I instantly felt calm. They were incredibly professional. They carefully wrapped everything that still needed protection, moved everything efficiently, and handled every piece of furniture with so much care that I found myself just standing there watching them work. Before I knew it, my apartment was completely empty, and somehow they had fit everything perfectly into the truck. When we arrived at my new apartment, the closest elevator was unfortunately out of service, so they had to use a much farther elevator and walk a much longer distance with every load. Even with that unexpected challenge, they never complained. They kept smiling, stayed positive, and worked just as hard from beginning to end. My new apartment door was smaller than my old one, so they removed the legs from my sofa to get it inside and then reassembled it perfectly. They also disassembled and reassembled my bed, and honestly, they put it back together even better than it had been before. What I expected to be a nightmare turned into one of the smoothest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had. Thanks to Ivan and Adrian, I'm no longer afraid of moving. The biggest surprise came afterward. My dad and I were adding up all of our moving expenses, and we realized the total ended up being even less than we had expected to pay. Not only were there no hidden charges, but the final cost was actually lower than we anticipated. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Two Men and a Truck, and especially to Ivan and Adrian. You turned one of the most stressful days of my life into a wonderful memory. Overall not a good experience here. Made an appointment for 11:30 and learned the hard way that…read morethey were taking customers first come first serve. Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.
