I was quoted $585 for a standard roof repair following a partial chimney rebuild and was told they could come back in three weeks. At the end of the three weeks I called for a status update and they did not call me back. The following week, Juana, the manager, told me the price jumped to $1,350 and repeatedly interrupted me as I tried to review the description of work on the estimate and ask: what specifically needs to be done beyond the description that I just read back to you? She wouldn't answer me but instead told me I was making her uncomfortable. Folks, I can assure you I was just trying to find the reason for the drastic price increase. Finally, I got an answer but it was just "word salad". I remedied the situation by contacting another roofing company that happily took on the job for the original price. Use this company for roof repairs! I had a leak in my roof and called a roofer I had used in the past. Several calls and 2 years later I was still waiting for him to show up. I heard and add for Cazeault on the radio and gave them a call. They charged me $125 to come and do an assessment that would be applied to my repair bill. It was well worth it. Within 2 weeks a repairman came. I believe his name was Rich. He got up on the roof and took pictures. Showed them to me and explained to me what had to be done. He went and got supplies from a local hardware store and fixed the roof in the 2 hours he quoted me. The bill was reasonable. He cleaned up all nails that may have gotten into the yard while he was working. These guys show up and get the job done. read more

We were very happy with Cazeault! We got three estimates. Theirs was in the middle. We chose the highest grade roofing with a 50 year warranty and 10 on labor. We wanted to hire an established company with a big crew, not a solo guy who would take forever and then might disappear. We are so glad we chose Cazeault! First, we were impressed with Cleon, their estimator guy. He actually climbed up on our steep gambrel roof to get a good look at it. Then he took pictures with his iPad which went into an app used to generate an estimate. This whole process impressed us with how professional it was. We had an email estimate from Cleon two days later with the photos. Their crew came early on a Friday morning , less than two weeks later. Several guys got right to work, stripping the old shingles off the roof and the cedar shingles off the end of the house. Working til dark, they got half of the new roof done that first day! I couldn't believe how good these guys were! They finished up the whole project by Sunday morning, before we got home from church! They cleaned up the yard daily and were pleasant to have around. They tied up our big foundation bushes nicely to protect them and give themselves room to work, and covered them with tarps to protect them. These guys are awesome. After getting multiple quotes for replacement of worn roofing, I went with Cazeault. They were professional, prompt, and provided quality service. A few days after the job was completed the rains came and one of my old custom skylights started leaking. Now this skylight was not apart of the contract but within minutes of my making a phone call they had a professional carpenter (Cory) came over and spent a full day repairing the leak at no extra charge. I would not recommend Cazeault & Sons! I called Cazeault roofing 2/23/22 about damage to my roof caused by a squirrel that had gotten under the solar panels. Drew Cazeault came out to assess the damage. I received via email a written proposal/estimate of $1785 from Drew Cazeault dated 3/4/22 for removing the solar panels, repairing the roof. Damage has been described to me as a small hole in the roof. I called and verified that I wanted to go ahead with the repair, but would need to have Tesla remove the panels in order to ensure the warranty. Cazeault agreed and said just to let them know when the panels were off and they would come and do the roof repair. I asked if they needed a down payment and the signed agreement and the representative, Debra, said no they didn't need it or any money at this point. I called a week prior to the date the panels were to be removed 3/17/2022 to ensure that Cazeault was still ready to make the necessary repair on that date and I was told by Debra, yes to just call them that morning as soon as the Tesla crew arrived and they would get their roofing crew over to do the repair as soon as the panels were removed from my roof. She told me not to worry. They would take care of me. I called again on 3/16/22 to once again confirm and spoke again withe Debra who this time told me that they would be coming to put an emergency tarp on my roof at a cost of $800 and the roof repair would be scheduled 2-3 wks later!!!! I feel that this is nothing more than price gouging someone in an emerency situation and renigging on an already agreed upon schedule to repair my roof!! I told them that I understood that the estimate given was just that an estimate since they could not see the damage until the panels were removed. I feel like I was set up by waiting until the day before to change the agreement to a $800 tarp installation!! Terrible way to treat anyone!!! I'm 75 yrs. old and needed to get on the roof and put a tarp on the roof myself because I wasn't going to be manipulated into paying $800!!! read more

Called for repair of blown off roof shingles on garage roof. Wind storm on Cape Cod, I'm in South Plymouth near the Sagamore Bridge. Got home and the Roofing crew were sweeping my driveway, all around the garage doors, & picking up the damaged material that needed to be replaced That was two years ago. In ,out, & completed. 1 day. Great Price, Good Men. Todays date 2-27-2019 same thing happened, on the same roof deck, but near & above the skylight, 15' away, 2 years later. Pleasant Lady answered the phone, had my records at her fingertips, and has scheduled the work. I'm expecting the same outcome on this call..... This is such an honest company. Another roofer told me I needed a roof replacement without even going inside my house to see where I thought there was a problem. Kleon said roof looks fine to me and should be ok for a couple more years. Turned out it was a sheet rocking issue inside my house not leaks coming from my roof. When my roof does need to be replaced there is no question this company is getting my business. read more
