Dan saw the house and listened to our concerns. He came back with a list of things to clean, including our shed, deck, front brick steps and the four walls of the house. Cleaning was a fraction of re-shingling the house and the place looks amazing! I had a concern that the shed, which is not in the heat of conditions as it turns 15 this spring, would not hold up to a power washing. Dan said that they had a soft pressure system that they would use on it to ensure it wasn't damaged. I really appreciated how he listened to what we had to say, and then his actions backed up his statements. On top of that his crew also cleaned our coolers on the deck, and the few deck items that had gotten dirty beyond what soap/water would clean. We were told no we did not need to - they could go right over it. The installation raised our eyebrows a few times but Tim and/or Matt were responsive. A little over a year later one of the planks was cracking because it ended on a grout line. Tim came out - with a new installer- to look at it. Tim basically told us we were on our own UNTIL his new installer said it was on the company due to being installed incorrectly. Tim said he would fix it 1 time only. I advised that would not be the case because his installer messed up. Anyhow, that portion on floor was replaced. Well here we are just over another year and we have same issue. We have been told we would be charged $150.00 per hour. Our response was same issue how can you charge us. Then I was asked if we had any of the product. I said yes 1/2 box. Then we were advised the flooring company went bankrupt so they couldn't do anything. What would they have done if we agreed to pay $150.00 per hour?? They were great when there were no issues!!

They wanted me to be happy with the work. If we stayed with the original plan of having the workers stay the full 15 hrs, there wouldn't be this issue and I would have $800 back. I didn't want or need a rush job done. I only want to pay $2100. Not $2900. I was willing to pay a few hundred more for additional supplies. Adding more workers was never discussed. I don't think that it's fair or right to throw this fee at me because you added another worker.
