This was done in December 2022, today is May 2023. The grid bars in the windows when you raise the windows, and the window crosses over the cross bar in the grid tge window hits and causes the bar move out of place and look crooked and you can see the outside of window face so it looks off and no lined up. Then recently when it started Getting warm we opened the bathroom window and the rubber seal fell out of the bottom of the window so the window does not have a complete seal. The slide window above the sink slid it open the other day and the clips from the grid bars came out and the grid is way off center and you cannot even open the window. So the grids are off on about half the windows and move off center when you open the window. When I called ti ask them about it they said the grid was not covered in the warranty. So Anderson renewal is sending someone by may 26th to take a look and tell us if they will fix the and if they are under warranty. I remind you it has only been 6 months since the installation. We would not use these guys ever again and we have 3 larger windows to do another time. Anderson Renewal will not be doing them. We do not recommend at all. They come in your home and spill out a awesome picture and when you decide and sign the papers they have you. $65,000's spent on the windows and will not fix the grid bars and rubber seal. That is just wrong. For the other 3 large windows we will look else where... we will check Pella windows. Good luck if you use Anderson Renewal, I would not use them ever again.

Out of nowhere comes a female authoritative figure stating, " if you didn't by it here, or we cut it wrong, it will be 1 -2 weeks " so I as any customer, took it as if she was basically saying ,"I don't want your business". Well both the young fellow and I were taken aback by her statement, to kind of smooth things over, he replied, "probably has to do with the pandemic or something ". The kid was polite and really trying, it turned awkward for both of us and I felt bad for him having 2 sons roughly his age. Keep in mind I live on Cape Cod and numerous times through out the years I've fought summer traffic to get good service, heck I pass at least 3 glass company competitors for Abby's service, not the darn glass, heck I can get that at HD. Which is not only within sight of Abby glass, it is on my way home. In and out of HD in exactly 21 minutes (Thanks to digital watch) . Heck , I bought the glass from them and they cut it for me for free ! Hence the lack of customer service on behalf of the little guy in many cases is why the so called " Ma and Pa " owned operations are fading away.
