Phillip assessed the damage and sent in "Najwa" do begin the clean-up. We moved out of the house and when we returned, could not believe what a fabulous job she did cleaning. I thought my white cabinets were never going to come clean. As it turned out, they look like new! Servpro employees were very caring with my belongings. I can't say enough. Thanks to both Phillip and Najwa for making a very stressful situation go so smoothly. Highly recommend this company.

    We had the main water valve to our house break flooding our just renovated basement. Richard and…read morethe Serve Pro team were in our driveway within an hour. They set up drying equipment and cleaned the area. The next day, Phillip Santangelo, the project mgr arrived and stayed in constant contact with me as he coordinated the repairs until the job was completed. Jeremy and his team came 4 days later to remove the fans. Then returned to pull up the water damaged flooring. Their diligent work kept the damage to just 7 floor boards which will be restored next week by Bob, their restoration expert. Phillip and his teams have been truly incredible - their professionalism, response time, communication, diligence and work ethic - all with such calm and kindness - rectified an awful situation in 7 days. They are amazing and I can't thank them enough nor recommend them more highly.

Am re-reviewing so others have some input besides those the owner didn't remove. As requested by the business in answer to that review, I contacted Servpro (instead of them picking up the phone & calling us) & left a message for Beth to review the email string/pictures of all that went wrong at our house before calling us back. She didn't. She called as we were heading out to see a family member perform at a Boston theater. I accidentally picked up. She didn't want to talk about the FACTS detailed in my review -- only complained about the timing of the review (a year or so after my last email with them that didn't get follow-up. The review was posted when I became aware of Yelp access). I again suggested she go through the emails that were concurrent with the work. She continued to harp on the timing. I reviewed some of the issues we had had. She didn't want to address any of that, kept haranguing me about the time delay in reviewing. I finally hung up. No follow-up by Beth on the CONTENT of my review at all, other than to get the review deleted somehow. The office staff were nice to deal with. The water remediation was good. Hired re: water leaks. Upgraded: a redo of the very small bathroom, out of pocket. Did not get any of the shower/fixtures as preordered, no support bar as ordered, Sheetrock lines/bubbles in paint, etc. Early on, painters completely painted in the door mechanism and painted without smoothing surfaces (said we didn't specifically order smoothing of walls), bubbles & lines, etc. Repainting still left bubbles/sheetrock lines.

Yesterday I paid the non refundable $300 for them to show up to pump some water out of my basement. I specified that I wanted them to bring their van with the commercial pump. Instead they showed up with a shop vac and another machine that broke. I called and complained and they then refused to come back, even said they would not refund the $300. The eventually did. I would not use this Franchisee. I heard many mixed reviews about their service here on Nantucket. PS their crew was super nice.

    I would not recommend this company because of the following:…read more After an emergency partial ceiling collapse, I repeatedly requested that all charges and estimates be submitted to my insurance company/adjuster first so the claim could be handled properly. They did not follow that request and instead charged my credit card $1,157.66, even though I understood my card would only be used if the carrier refused to pay. They did not provide the estimate to the insurance company/adjuster as requested. When I contacted the office to address these issues and request proper documentation/process, the communication was frustrating and the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Due to the lack of professionalism and transparency, I ended the relationship and will not use them again.

We called Oceanside Restoration and JB got his crew out there asap…read moreand Jared and Steve B were here first and started pumping out my basement and setting up equipment. They got majority of the water up within an hour and were very informative the entire time about the process. Steve came back a few days later and helped me get the rugs outside that were still wet. Again very informative and talked through the steps. Jared and Colby came this past Tuesday and started the Demo process. I came home to downstairs that was left clean even though they took sheet rock down. Very professional and clean through the whole thing. They went through our stuff and put what they could back neatly and tossed the wet stuff. Colby did great making sure things were placed back neatly and not in a shamble mess. He even saved my Christmas tree! Jared did great demoing the walls and treating everywhere to make sure we were good to go! Jared and Colby came back today and took all their equipment back and let me tell you, they went above and beyond and cleaned their wet footprints off the floor even though I said not to worry. Jared was even on his hands and knees making sure the house was clean. JB has also been very communicative and going over next steps and keeping me informed. Hopefully you never have to go through a flood but if you do I HIGHLY recommend oceanside restoration.

After a few times I said you asked me to tell you and I will give you the information. Well, I was interrupted an additional 2 times. When I asked if he could stop interrupting me and let me finish a sentence, he hung up! I found the brief interaction unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Since this was a first time impression and opening communication, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I could not imagine trusting this company representative with my home.
