I had Mario and his team do the tiling in my kitchen, and they were absolutely incredible. The quality of their work is flawless, the tiles look perfect and completely transformed the space. What really impressed me though was their attention to detail and kindness. They noticed a small area of damage on my countertops and fixed it on the spot using their own supplies and they didn't charge me a single dollar for it. Fix-All Cape Cod replaced an old deck with a Azek deck. The workmanship is shoddy. I asked for gates to be installed on the deck, which Mario, the owner, said no problem. The gates don't close properly. I can't use one of them as the whole gate will fall off. The screws on the hinges fell out. The base of one of the columns is broken. The one of the caps doesn't match. Instead of removing the old posts and replacing which was asked of them. They slipped the Trek posts over and the bases are hanging off the deck. read more

We hired Mario to do an extensive renovation of our home on the recommendation of a friend. What was supposed to be a 3 month project turned into 8 because he took on so many projects at once, he did not have the manpower to complete them simultaneously We spent well over $125k to add 2 bathrooms, finish the downstairs, update the kitchen, etc. Mario insured us he would obtain all necessary permits as well as use a licensed plumber and electrician. He did none of these. Electrician wired switches incorrectly where they would turn on lights in other rooms. Let me preface the rest of this review by saying Mario does not do any of the work himself. His carpenter employees, specifically Matt, AJ and Liam are very nice and do a good job for the most part. However Mario himself is dishonest, most probably does not have a current, valid contractor license, reuses old materials that have expired (or are about to including 6 smoke detectors that he had the unlicensed electrician reinstall old ones to find that one in the downstairs was never even hard wired) reused or had cheap ceiling fans installed, one of which had to recently be replaced after 2 years of barely being used, and installed a cheap faucet that also had to recently be replaced in our slop sink. Tried to reuse old wire shelving in new closets, only to have it break and upon calling him, had the audacity to charge us $900 to put up two shelves and two wood rods. We have no C of O so if we wanted to sell our house, can't unless we pay exorbitant fees. We gave him the opportunity to make all of this right in a diplomatic manner with an itemized bill but no response. He has contracts with many HOA's in Sandwich, Mashpee and New Seabury. Many of his clients are snowbirds so are unaware of what he does or doesn't do. Highly recommend finding a licensed, professional and honest contractor. DM me for the name of one I used recently who is wonderful. Right now I'm out about $4K we had to spend to fix all the issues, probably more if I added everything up. read more

Terrible. Poor quality work and Mario tried every way he could to rip me off. I kept having to show him what he promised in the contract compared to what his crew was doing. Charged $1000 to repoint the front steps and tried to use 3 old bricks to do the job. I had to send 2 guy away because they were making such a mess of the other crews work. Hired Fixall for renovation of our home along with other projects. We had some weather damage and Mario, the owner, said he would take the photos so I could submit to insurance. Kept asking him, he kept stalling. Finally told me the pics were on his "other" cell phone that was lost or stolen. Was clear we wanted licensed electrician and plumber. Well I don't know how many licensed electricians do electrical work where when you flip the switch in one bedroom it turns on the light in another. Requested certification that work done by licensed electrician. Mario said he mailed it a few weeks ago. Of course it never arrived. Referred Mario lots of work with others, paid him probably around $50k for the work done. He was to install a new sliding glass door. Tried to nickel and dime us by putting the 30+ year old screen from our previous sliding glass door and get this--that opens in the opposite direction back on instead of purchasing a new one that matches the door. When I went to open my new sliding glass door the old screen door fell out. Rather than do the right thing and put in a decent screen door (this was the very last part of this job) he bought a cheap screen door (of course charged us for this---a very professional contractor told me he would never put in a new sliding glass door and not include the matching screen door) and that screen door works horribly. In fact when we had guests at our home, one tried to go out the screen door and it just stuck and wouldn't open. Not a good way to end a job after telling us numerous times we were amazing customers. He attempted to fix the screen, it's a piece of garbage so it works like crap. He told me I wanted to keep the price down, yes I told him we had a budget, never told him to purchase a crappy screen door, for goodness sake we were replacing a 30 year old Anderson door that didn't work well anymore. I don't believe Mario does much of the work, hires other people to do it. Going forward will only hire a very hands on contractor that actually does most of the work. I do not recommend. read more

They did a wonderful job repairing the leaks ahead of my roof and the water that was seeping into my basement. They also renovated my kitchen, my bathrooms, and they also fixed my back sliding door and everything was extremely done in a very professional manner and in a very timely manner ..the owner Mario is very old-school hard worker..They are handyman but they are also contractors you're basically my only one solution to our problems within the home.. read more
