If you are looking for a tile professional who is not only a "nice guy" but also is a real…read moreperfectionist and knows his craft, Cleiton of Mayflower Tile is who you want for your next project. This past year, we did an addition to our home that included a new master bathroom, and renovated two existing bathrooms, adding a large walk-in shower to a guest powder room. Lots of questions back and forth to understand the scope and walk through the request for heated tile floors. His prep-work of the space is great; and the finished products were fantastic. He also made good suggestions that helped in a better execution of the project. Mayflower provides a good value for the project owner...he is realistic in how long things will take and doesn't over-promise. Not the least expensive and also not the most. Also, willing to work weekends...a plus!

Matt did an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom renovation. He restored all of the white oak…read morefloors in our house three years ago, and the work was impeccable. This time, we decided to redo our main bathroom, and once again he exceeded expectations. Not only did he install a beautiful new floor, he also completed a full shower, sink, vanity, and closet renovation/restoration -- all done beautifully and with great attention to detail. From start to finish, Matt is a true professional. He helped with selecting materials and finishes, and his expert flooring, carpentry, and painting work came out outstanding. Matt is a pleasure to work with, and we will absolutely use him again for future projects. I highly recommend Matt for any flooring, construction, or renovation work you're considering. You won't be disappointed -- there's no one better.

We needed to have all of the floors in our new house done quickly. Matt came to the house and got us an estimate within 48 hours. Matt was responsive throughout the whole process. Given that we were two hundred miles away this was important. He sent pictures, texted us and spoke to us whenever we reached out. And the best thing is that the floors look absolutely amazing. We found Matt on Yelp and I feel compelled to spread the word. MCS is the best.

I had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner, Chris, came out personally to look at and…read moreestimate the job. It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!
