However from that point on everything went down hill. I told him I would call in a week or so and finalize a deal. A week later I called and told him I would like to order the stove he showed me. He explained prices went up but he would honor original price he quoted and also said he would send someone by to look at chimney. I waited weeks and no one showed up. Called back and spoke with someone else who had no clue about the transaction and suggested I send pictures and basic information along to sales at their email. I did so and again didn't hear back from anyone. I called a week later and was told the guy I spoke with was out on vacation and would be back that Tuesday and he would return my call. Guess what no return call. I called one more time and got yet another person who would not honor the original price and asked all the same questions I've already answered several times before. As much as I would love to buy a Lopi stove it would not be from this group. Stay away from this group

From the very beginning, Matt was professional, respectful, and considerate. He treated our home, property, and pets with great care. Despite working through several long, hot days without the benefit of air conditioning, he never once complained. He arrived early, stayed late, worked weekends, and was always willing to accommodate our schedule and needs. I even emptied all of my cabinets because I was concerned about dust, despite Matt assuring me it would be minimal. In hindsight, I didn't need to. He used vacuums, filters, and other dust-control measures throughout the project, and just as he promised, everything was remarkably clean when the job was completed. We are extremely particular about work performed in our home. Over the past 30 years, we have completed numerous renovations and remodeling projects. Without question, this is some of the finest craftsmanship we have ever seen. We highly recommend Matt. He is a true professional, as well as a kind, thoughtful, and considerate young man. We are already planning to hire him again for another project in the near future. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in his work and delivers exceptional results, Matt is the person to call.
