The community center has a large pool with lap lanes and diving boards and a smaller pool with slides for the kids. There are indoor basketball courts, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and a huge selection of gym equipment. We have free weights, rooms for yoga and karate classes, stationary cycles, and the list goes on and on. There are all sorts of activities from Murder Mystery dinner nights to Arts in the Park and so on. Living out here is a breeze with the community center to keep active, but before you get all happy about coming here, you should know that you have to live in the community to be a member. They don't let any Tom, Dick or Harry just walk in off the street and start using the equipment. So buy a house out here, and you'll have great use of a fantastic gym. Otherwise you can just look through the window and see the smile on my face as I work up a sweat.

I love it for that reason. I can see stars at night as it was 100 years ago, it's quiet, clean and best of all an overall steal of a value. we have lived here since July 2020, started our first build in nov 2019. base price of a 2,426 sq ft home at that time was 231,990. that same home today, July 2024 is still only 391,990. I know what you're thinking but really think about that. it's still a great deal. I follow the towns meetings on you tube and the surrounding development and this area is up and coming for some major growth residentially nearby and commercially. the town has and applies a good amount of resources such as police and fire response and community activities. I read that Florence, AZ is the safest city in all of AZ - I believe it. the community has a bunch of parks and green space for children and adults alike. I'm sure it's still a ways away but there is and has been a bunch of talk of the north south corridor highway going past the community which will make that 30 min drive to Costco more like 20 there is currently a big commercial parcel for sale in back of the new circle k (maybe a fry's grocery store to help offset Safeway across the street?) I'm a fry's guy - one other review on here states that parking in the road has become a problem and I agree, this would b my biggest complaint - hopefully this review helps someone

If I could give this place zero stars for customer service, I would--specifically their tool repair…read moredepartment. Our Festool saw broke down while still under warranty. My husband brought it to Timber Woodworking Machinery under the impression that they could handle the repair process. He was told that the Festool representative comes in on Fridays and that he could leave the saw there (without the box), and the rep would pick it up and send it to Festool for warranty repair. We expected a relatively quick process--maybe two or three weeks. Instead, two months later, we were still calling for updates and receiving no clear answers about when we would get the saw back. No one could even provide a rough estimate. For a company associated with a premium brand like Festool, this level of communication was disappointing. Timber would not provide me with a direct contact number for Festool and continued giving the same vague explanation: that a part was delayed coming from Germany and nobody knew when it would arrive. I eventually found Festool's service ceneter's number myself and began communicating with them directly. After multiple conversations with Festool--one of which became unpleasant enough that it had to be escalated to management--we finally received a call from a Festool customer service manager, Melinda. She informed us that because the repair had taken so long, Festool would be replacing the saw with a brand-new unit. Finally, some good news. Unfortunately, none of that progress came from Timber Woodworking Machinery. We had to advocate for ourselves every step of the way. Less than a week later, Timber called to let us know our replacement saw had arrived. I went to pick it up immediately and was actually prepared to leave them a positive review despite the long delay. However, less than an hour after I got home, I received a call from shop manager Ray Ann claiming there had been a mix-up and asking me to return the Sustainer box and manual because they supposedly belonged to another customer. Seriously? At that point, my confidence in the entire process was gone. After months of poor communication, lack of updates, and confusion surrounding the replacement, this final incident only reinforced my impression that the repair process was poorly managed from start to finish. Festool ultimately resolved the issue by replacing the saw, and I appreciate them standing behind their product. Unfortunately, my experience with Timber Woodworking Machinery's repair department fell far short of the level of service we expected.
