I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and the incredible job he did helping us find a leak in…read moreour home. We were originally quoted $20,000 by a water restoration company who told us they needed to pull out all of our kitchen cabinetry, cut open large sections of our walls, and spray chemicals for suspected mold growth. It was going to be a massive project that would take about eight weeks and completely turn our home upside down. Thankfully, we decided to get another opinion and called Kevin. Instead of jumping straight into a huge demolition, he carefully investigated the issue, opened the walls where it actually made sense, and discovered that the leak was not from the old sink leak at all like the restoration company believed. The water was actually coming in through the windows when it rained. Even more shocking, once the walls were opened there was no mold at all, despite the restoration company being fully convinced it was growing inside the walls. Because of Kevin's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to truly figure out the root of the problem, he saved us tens of thousands of dollars, the nightmare of tearing apart our entire kitchen, and the stress of filing an insurance claim on our home. What could have been an 8-week ordeal turned into a straightforward fix thanks to him. It is so rare these days to find someone who is this honest, trustworthy, and genuinely looking out for the homeowner instead of the profit. If you need someone to investigate a leak or really ANY issue in your home, Kevin is absolutely the person to call. We are beyond grateful for his integrity and the peace of mind he gave our family.

He showed up right when he said he would (huge plus in our book), and immediately got to work on our list of plumbing projects. He handled everything with ease -- no drama, no "let me come back next week," just solid, honest work done right the first time. On top of that, he's one of the most personable people you'll meet. It honestly felt like having a knowledgeable friend in the house helping us out, rather than just a contractor. What really impressed us was how reasonable his prices were. You can tell he cares more about doing a great job and building good relationships with his customers than about squeezing every penny. That kind of old-school service is hard to find these days. We've already got a mental list of future projects we'll be calling him for, because now that we've found Kevin, there's no reason to look anywhere else. If you need someone dependable, skilled, and just plain great to work with -- Kevin is your guy. Highly recommend! We've already decided Kevin is officially "our handyman" from here on out. If you live in Scottsdale and you're not calling him, you're making life harder than it needs to be. Highly, highly recommend.
