Walked in and was greeted immediately. Omar assisted me with with my purchase. He was very welcoming and very accommodating. He showed me where the womans boots were located. He asked me what kind of style i wanted and let me browse. So many selections. It was hard to choose from, i finally decided. Im a girl with big calfs. I was very amazed that they got the boots strectched to what was comfortable. Trying on boots are very intimidating for me because of the fit and the calfs being to large for the boot or removing the boot giving calf cramps. I am indeed grateful to find this jewel and will come back to purchase more.

My friends and I were visiting from NY and settled in Austin Texas for a good warm weather and fun getaway. One of our friends was very adamant on getting an authentic cowboy hat and he got one. We went to so many stores before I informed my group to go to a dedicated store for variety and this place was exactly what we were looking for. My friend got a good white gray cowboy hat that was top quality and kept his head cool for the other sunny outdoor hobbies we were about to do. Also got myself a bright ladybug red cowgirl hat and it was a good suede quality. The price was right for the quality of the hat. The only thing we didn't do was purchase the boots to go with it but am happy to come back and support this establishment again if we want to complete our whole Wild West outfits.

The only thing I really don't like about this store are the dressing rooms-- they are TINY. And there's no return rack. But any time I do that I feel like a huge inconvenience to the employees... definitely my least favorite part about shopping there. But other than that, the selection is good, deals are good, and the staff is semi-friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Stopped in here and selection seemed limited from what I am used to seeing. But really the kicker was that no one spoke to me the entire time I looked around. Prices are higher than I like but quality is amazing and there are usually some great sales. I am sure I'll be back but maybe not to this location.

I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

(This is when Texas waves taxes of back to school clothes, and school supplies, notebooks, folders, backpacks etc) Clothes shopping has been a chore since my body grew out of my teenage high metabolism body. Sigh. But today, I was enjoying my experience thanks to Alyssa. Alyssa asked if I needed help and I let out a sigh, yes. Someone please help me. I said I would like to find Jean shorts maybe a pair of jeans too and white jeans. She asked style, size, and I was a deer caught in headlights. Girl I have no idea what size I am, and style, I like the lighter color denim. And distressed. After that I don't know. Every time she saw something in my arms, should would put it in a fitting room with my name on the door. After trying on 6 pairs of bottoms and a dress. I ended up with a pair of jeans, 2 different style jean shorts. When I checked out, Patrick suggested getting another item since it will be 50% off. Which I didn't even realize I only had 3 pairs. A fourth would be 50% off. So I wanted to get a second pair of Jean shorts, but it just happens I grabbed the last one of that size. But... luckily Patrick said he could order me the shorts and they would be delivered to my house with free shipping. So I said, let's do it. Super excited. So in total, 3 pairs of Jean shorts and 1 pair of jeans. And I think I paid about $180.00 for 4 pieces. Huge savings today. I'm so happy with my shopping experience. Thank you Alyssa, you truly were a life saver. And Patrick as well, had a great experience paying for my items. And I'm excited to receive the other shorts within this week.
