We called around to many shops and no one could get us in till the middle of October. I saw lots of posts about TABS so we thought we'd give them a call. Let me just say WOW these guys are awesome! They went above and beyond and stayed under what they quoted us! I highly recommend TABS! I wish we would have found them sooner!

The folks here did a good job recharging the AC on one of the vehicles from my household. I…read moreexpected a call back by the end of the day, but that didn't happen. Luckily I live nearby so I walked over to pick the vehicle up and drive it back home. When I got the keys and the maintenance report it was recommended the rear shocks should also be replaced. I asked the representative at the front desk a few times if I could schedule this, but he didn't seem too interested in the effort. Then another representative said the supervisor would call first thing the next day. Never called. I realize these folks are busy, but seems like an easy task. I might take the vehicle back, but most likely will go to Les Schwab as I'm more familiar with their customer service.

Here's a few details, this…read moreis the short version. 2 failed attempts 570.00 first visit, 2nd visit free because they felt bad (ha-ha) 3rd visit apparently did not feel bad any longer and charged me an additional 221.00 all this money to charge to my air conditioner. (Even the Subaru dealer I talk to on the phone laughed at the price) Then a miracle happened 3rd visit worked, somehow someway 3rd time was the charm but not till they got me for THE additional 221.00 dollars. When we questioned them a week or so later the manager told us there is no warranty on that kind of work to bad so sad. This all happened over a few weeks' time. My question, why did it not get fixed on the first visit, makes you wonder. Best advice, stay clear of this business.

First and foremost, let me say that I let myself get screwed over by these people. They misled me…read moreinto believing that my tires were in bad condition, convinced me that I needed new ones and then bent me over on the price. They more than doubled the price on the tires and then charged me $170 to remove three lug nuts and $40 to remove my spare tire. I was in the process of moving from the East Coast to California and, by the time they got done having their way with me, I was in such a rush to get the hell out of there that I didn't even bother to check the invoice. Big, big mistake. I'm sure after I left that they had a good, long laugh at my expense. Well, after screwing me for as much as they did, they could afford it. I let much of this go as an expensive lesson learned. Well, when the crappy tires they sold me wore out early, I had to replace them. The installers (Firestone in Stockton, CA ... great people) confirmed another lie they told me intentionally to sell me more tires. Enough is enough. I just wish I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you're ever stuck in Elko and need tires, go somewhere else. I think there's a Wal-Mart or even a Goodyear (which is just down the street). I would like to say that, next time I'm in Elko, I will not avoid these guys. I won't give them my business ever again but I won't avoid them. The next time I'm in Elko, I'm going to drive by just so I can honk at them and flip them off. This place, in my opinion, is just a scam factory.

PLEASE read this review before applying for 707 elko nv location…read moreTECH 1 - 707 ELKO NV. The reason why Im doing this review is so peopele looking for a job just dont apply here the manager name is jerry reuben moe worst manager ever and he thinks he know whats going on in the shop. Also coporate didnt do anything to him, I feel like he bride with corporate so he doesn't get introuble of how bad is this place is because hes been gone with tim for over 3 hours out of the shop, which it looks sus like why he going with him and i thought we was about to have a meeting but nope. Most of the equipment in the shop is old like 5 to 10 years like tires machine is like 10 years old, and there nothing new equipment except for a vaccum. The money they make is different the tr guy and next shop guy that works on earth mover tires makes the money, but working in the shop and semi tires is extra for manager but they could spend up to 380k on 1 new semi truck and 3 service pick up truck but cant even spend on the he shop that we need to be working but nope that how that lazy boss does. And he has nothing else to do except to find problems with you just like he did to me. He blamed me for false info of me stealing the company tool like really they all from indian anyway and plus I has my own tools paid off but then he just kept blaming me for no reason Dont apply here its not worth it, youll burn your body less than 3 months in and they wont even bother helping you just like they did to me. ALSO THE BAD THING IS EVERYONE AT THE SHOP DOESNT KNOW WHAT GOING ON WITH THE TIRES THAT STAYED BEHIND. LIKE THERE 2 TIRES FROM LEDCORE THATS BEEN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW WAITING TO BE PUT ON A NEW TIRE AND PICKED UP BUT THE WHEEL IS STILL THERE OR EVEN SOME OF THOSE TIRES HAVE BEEN THERE FOR FEW WEEKS TO MONTHS AND EVEN TO YEARS. ALSO FOR THE GUYS IN THE SHOP WE DONT MAKE ENOUGH, WE DONT GET BONUS AT ALL, WE ONLY GET PAID BY 8 HR AND CANT DO ANY OVERTIME, ALSO YOU GET PAID FOR HOLIDAYS BUT THATS ABOUT IT AND YOU GOING TO WONDER WHERES THE REST OF THE MONEY GOES TO AND IT GOEWS TO HIS POCKET FOR NO REASON SMH HE SHOULD OF BEEN RETIRED ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO. WHICH ITS NONSENSE. ONLY LIKES HIS FAVORITE EMPLOYEES, EVEN WHEN YOU BEEN THERE THE LONGEST HE DISLIKE YOU AND TREAT YOU WITH BUNCH OF DISRESCPECT AND HE CANT EVEN CONTROL HIS ANGER BECAUSE HE WAS FISTING HIS FIST LIKE GETTING READY FOR A FIGHT AT ME , WHEN WE HAD AN STUPID ARGUMENT ABOUT HIS EQUIPMENT AND SAYING THAT I STOLED HIS TOOLS. BUT GOOD THING ALL I DID IS JUST WALKED AWAY FROM HIM BECAUSE DIDNT WANT ANY PROBLEM BUT HE KEPT BRINGING THE PROBLEMS TO YOU WHILE YOURE JUST MIDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS. SO I RECOMMEND FIND SOME WHERE ELSE OR EXPERIENCE WHAT IVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIM FOR OVER A YEAR AND HALF FROM MARCH 2020 TO JULY 2021 ALL THIS FILES IS BUNCH OF PICS THAT I TOOK AND THE WHOLE SHOP AND EVEN THE EQUIPMENT BARELY WORKS.
