For being a young business owner, we found him to be polite and genuine as he understood the delicate nature of our situation. We scheduled him to come out for a quote just 4 days after our initial contact and were thrilled to find out that they would have the truck and the availability to begin the job right then if we chose to hire him and his team. Upon meeting Ruben, Michael and Juan (his crew) we were impressed simply by the fact that they came wearing company uniform shirts and slacks and that Michael and Juan were just as friendly and courteous as their boss. They are very chill and quiet natured all the while working hard, non-stop throughout all 3 days. We showed Michael the apt and although we feared the worst, he gave us a very fair and reasonable quote which we agreed to and they began the job immediately. It was a massive undertaking they were getting themselves into but after taking a look around and seeing the incredible amount of work they were facing~without hesitation Michael said, "This is no problem for us. I'm eager to see your faces when we're finished!" They truly take pride in their work and he said a big part of the reward he gets from doing this type of job, was getting to see the satisfied looks on their customers' faces. In the quote it was determined that it would require 3 truck loads (they charge by the truck load) and even though they ended up having to rent a large U-haul 2, out of the 3 days that it took to clear out an upstairs 2b/2b apt and garage..they stuck to their original quote which we were pleasantly surprised and grateful for. So if you're looking to hire a crew that is professional, good natured, and who will show up on time, work their butts off until the job is complete and do everything in their quote without a bunch of sneaky, add-on fees like other businesses do~I can assure you that Ruben, Michael and Juan are the team you want to hire. They do not disappoint! I want to add that it was only due to the massive amount of unseen items hidden beneath the mounds of hoard~ that Ruben took it upon himself to rent a U-haul since it provided 8 feet longer than his trucks and he was determined to stick to the time frame he quoted. He could have easily charged us more for needing the U-haul to be able to accommodate all that needed to be removed but he was very sincere in wanting to stick to our verbal agreement as another way of providing us excellent service. Needless to say, we tipped each of them generously~trust me~ they are worth their weight in GOLD!

I called them to take away the dishwasher, the price was very very reasonable, and they keep their promise when they will be arriving.
