Gerald and his guys were on time and really quick with the removal of my oversized A/C. They were able to start working even when I was not at my property yet, by the time I got there they were done. My only complaint is that I sent in pictures to a representative the day before for an estimate and was given a price that he said was true, but when the crew arrived at my house, Gerald gave me a call informing me it would cost more then what I had been told. I had no problem with this considering they had already done the job and I felt as though it was just a convenience fee to get the junk off my property. read more

I had Junk King Inland Empire remove some of my unwanted furniture. I thought they we're going to recycle my furniture but when they came that didn't happen. They threw everything over my balcony without care. Now my balcony is ruined and is going to have to be sanded down and repainted. Didn't take any care with anything, just threw it over my balcony. Didn't even put a tarp over it to protect it. I am very dissatisfied with their lack of care concerning my property. Will never use their service again or recommend them to anyone. I made a big mistake and now it's going to even cost me more. read more

As we tried to get rid of some old stuff and just generally purge (outdated and unused) junk from my mom's house to make room, we discovered that we didn't have room in the trash receptacle to get rid of everything. My sister told me to call the Junk King and have them pick it up. Great choice, the crew that was sent out was friendly, hard working, greatly efficient. They were respectful of our time, appt. was from 10am - 12noon and call around 10am to say they were on their way. They quickly removed a mattress, boxspring, , compact desk, clothing rack, e-waste, and a fan. They wear masks and respected social distancing guidelines. I glad my sister suggested this company and we'll call them again when we're purge more junk because of their reasonable pricing. read more

After reviewing reviews and receiving quotes on several furniture removal companies I decided on Junk King and I am glad I did. Due to my new couch delivery date being postponed I had to reschedule my old couch removal. The team was very responsive and accommodating. I received a reminder text the day before removal and a call the morning of. I really appreciated their level of communication and narrow time frame. I live upstairs and my couch is on the larger side so I was relieved when I saw 3 crew members show up. They were very professional and I really appreciated that they wiped their shoes on the way in (it's the little things). The couch did not fit out the front door and the crew instantly problem solved and had it removed out the balcony. The whole job took less then 15 minutes and the pricing was very reasonable I would defintely use junk king ​again and will recommend them to family and friend read more

Don't be fooled by the somewhat corporate feel of this (apparently) franchised company. They'll answer the phone, schedule an appointment, send a confirmation email and generally make you feel like you're in good hands. It's downhill from there. They were supposed to arrive between 9-11am - a time we worked out very specifically due to the fact we are an hour away - at 9:30am we get a call that they'll be there between 10am-12pm. No, we say, you agreed to a window of 9-11am. They can't make it so ok, we agree to wait til 12pm, at which time, they say it will be 45 more minutes. I called the office and waited 15 minutes while the admin tries to reach the owner, then says she'll call me back in 10 minutes. No call back, ever. That night I received a cancellation email saying they understand that things happen and to reschedule when I'm ready. Really? What a joke. Use any other company. read more

I am very impressed with their customer service when I called over the phone, They called 10 min early before showing up . They showed up on time. We got half of our garage cleaned out, stuff that we've been wanting to clear out for a while. They were really friendly and professional (wore face masks the whole time), and accommodated all of our requests. FYI: Junk King gets all the negative reviews removed. This was my second time using Junk King. The first time I left a 1 star (would have been zero stars if that was an option). I decided to give them another chance. They were supposed to come on Saturday to give an estimate and then Monday morning for the trash pick up. They didn't make it on Saturday so they called me and said they would give the estimate and pick up on Monday. They showed up on Monday and told me even though they had an empty truck they couldn't do it. Then they said they could come on Tuesday. They quoted $878 for a full truck and said it would need another half truck at least so total would have been $1478. I told them nevermind and sent them away. A guy came by and told me he does trash removal and gave me his card. This was just a local person doing it as a side business. He took EVERYTHING and it was only $500. By the end of the day I realized these guys are everywhere. You can get your stuff cleaned out hassle free and done correctly and get all of it gone. Learn from this and DO NOT use Junk King, unless you like throwing money away. read more

I assumed they werent coming so left the house only to be called back to let these people in. No apology for being 2+ hours late and working so slow.
