Exceptional Junk Removal & Hoarding Cleanup Service We had an outstanding experience with LA Trash Junkers, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I had to describe their service in three words, it would be: Professionalism. Efficiency. Respect. We hired them for a large house cleanout involving decades of accumulated belongings and a very sensitive hoarding situation. To make things even more complex, there were challenging personal dynamics involved with one problematic resident at the house. Despite these unusual and stressful circumstances, Xavier (the owner) and his entire crew handled everything with remarkable calm, compassion, and professionalism. From start to finish, they remained patient, level-headed, and solution-oriented. They were resolute in the face of confrontation, never rushed the process, and never made anyone feel embarrassed or judged. Instead, they approached the job with empathy and steady resolve; this meant a great deal to my family on this stressful day. In terms of execution, they were incredibly efficient. Even with situational challenges slowing things down, they removed approximately 2.5-3 truckloads of junk within 3-4 hours. The team worked quickly but carefully, and when they were done, the property was left neat and clean -- not just emptied, but truly cleared out and ready for the new owner to take possession of the property. What really stood out was their respect. They understood this was an emotional transition for our family, and they treated everyone involved with kindness, patience, and dignity. I would highly recommend them from our experience! I believe our situation covers these categories, and they were incredible: * Junk removal * Hoarding cleanup or remediation * Estate cleanouts * Large house cleanouts * Professional and discreet service I told Xavier when they finished that they helped us lift a massive burden and alleviate years of stress and worry. They exceeded our expectations in every way. read more

We used their service a little while ago right before we moved. Scheduling was super easy and they were very responsive. They called us confirm and asked about where to park. We asked them to remove some bulky equipment from my storage/junk room. Only that room and only a couple of bulky items. I don't know why he started looking around my bedroom, and that door was closed. I just got creepy vibes from him the whole time. If the guy didn't have another staff with him, I would have felt really uncomfortable. read more

Amazing! Excellent response time, rate, and attitude. Xavier & team are so great!!! No hesitation in 100% recommending them!

Xavier and the team at LA Trash Junker are amazing. I originally worked with them for my job to clean out some of our storage units. He is prompt, organized, efficient, and professional. He completed those jobs quickly and I was able to get back to the office faster than I anticipated. When it came time to get a broken treadmill out of my own house, LA Trash Junkers was who immediately came to mind. Xavier called me to get some information about the job and we scheduled the pick up. These guys always come prepared. They have tools, equipment and are thoughtful in their work. In removing the treadmill he was careful not to hit my walls or door. He then offered to dust off the mat that was under the treadmill on his way out. At my office storage units, he would sweep out any dust or debris that was there before he left. All around recommend these guys if you're local to the San Gabriel Valley for your clean outs or junk removal. Prices are fair, labor and professionalism is off the charts. read more

Two companies tagged on me last minute. This company gave me a vet reasonable price, was quick to respond, and showed up early. All I did was point it what I want to keep, and he did the rest. Xavier helped me out and was courteous, fast, and swept up the place after and I mean swept. He cleaned inside, the sidewalk, and the street. You can see my before and after pictures of the shop. Don't mind the floors, it's stained, they really swept and cleaned! I definitely recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future projects. read more

LA Trash Junkers left us speechless. Not only were they so incredibly fast and competitively priced, but they were friendly and patient, and this kindness is exactly what we needed when we hired them to cart away 30+ years of junk from our childhood home. We couldn't have hired a better team for the job. And they left our garage neater than we had ever seen it, even sweeping up the random pieces of leaves afterwards. We love that they are a family owned business who built the company from the ground up. They shared stories with us about how they got started and the whole cleanup process did not feel transactional. In particular, they told us it brings them joy to help the elderly rediscover treasures when decluttering garages filled with decades of life. And, we loved that we could communicate with them via text- they were always quick to respond when we asked for quotes and ultimately, to schedule an appointment. Highly highly recommend! read more

Xavier and Megan make such a great team!! We had a big job for them and they came to the rescue with friendly and reliable service! They were responsive, efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team is hard working, honest and did their best to save us time and money. They helped us clean out our office and warehouse space of 20 years and kept us updated and informed of their progress every step of the way. I would highly recommend LA Trash Junkers and am thankful I found them online! read more

My renter moved out of my house in a short notice, so I was rushing to hire services to help clean the place up within 3-4 days. Xavier responded within an hour to my inquiry, gave me all the information and was very upfront about cost, then was able to squeeze me in. When I got to the property, I noticed far more trash left behind than I anticipated, and I was worried that he wouldn't accept so much extra junk. He assured me that his truck had more than enough space to take care of everything - and he was right! LA Trash Junkers is prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and just plain good at their jobs. I really enjoyed their service and business and wish I was able to hire them when I moved out of my house a few years ago. I would definitely hire them again if I need their services, and I recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable junk removal business. read more

Its crazy how junk can pile up, so easily, in the matter of years. I requested a quote for removal on a Thursday afternoon and within 30mins got a response. I sent over a couple of pictures and they gave me a quick estimate. I let them know when I was available and where I was located and they were out the next morning, right on time. They made quick work of my junk pile and after everything was gone, they made sure to sweep and clean their work area. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again, should I need to. Check them out! read more

I am super pleased with this company. I needed to get rid of trash from a rental property, and I had estimates from 3 other companies. I was on a budget, and LA beat out all others by a landslide. I am glad I was able to get rid of the junk at a price that was right. Give them a call and trust you won't be disappointed. They were really nice and communicated with me from the beginning of the job to the end. They were punctual and hard-working. I had a great experience. I would definitely use them again and again. read more

Xavier and Megan are reliable and hard-working. They came and were very professional about their work. For the amount of work that they did the price was reasonable. They took away 2 truckloads of stuff. They removed all large items and cleared and cleaned out my moms backyard. I was extremely pleased with their sensitivity and care, and responsibility to the nature of the job. My mom had recently passed away and we were trying to get the house ready to be sold. Xavier and Megan were considerate of the work they did. I am extremely pleased with the service that they gave, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. read more

Happy that I chose LA Trash Junkers to help me out. Easy communication through yelp and I received the best quote from them. Xavier arrived early and was friendly and helpful. This is a must for anyone who is looking to declutter their house, garage, shed, and anything else in between! They were so easy to schedule an appointment with, and they even gave me a rough estimate after I sent them pictures of what they will be removing. Megan and Xavier not only arrived early for the appointment, but they were very efficient (cleaned out the entire shed and the appointed area of the garage in approximately two hours), but also swept the areas that they cleaned for any dust or other trash left behind. They were also very patient, as sometimes my mom and I would find something to keep and ask them to leave it behind, and were very friendly. The price may be steep, but it is certainly worth it to declutter a house that is long overdue; much of the items in the garage had not been touched for probably 10+ years. I feel like I can see light again in my garage. I totally should have taken a before and after picture, but I was too ashamed of the "before" LOL. Thanks, Megan and Xavier, for your help! I will very gladly hire them again. read more

They were on time, courteous and efficient. There was great communication before and even during the cleaning. They would check in on me to see if there was anything they had missed. I had texted Maegan a couple days before, requesting a quote which she replied quickly with a reasonable quote, then proceeded to make an appointment. They were awesome! Responded quickly to a request that I sent for a job with a full garage. They had a nice system through Yelp where I was able to see their availability and select a time that met my needs. Xavier and Tawnya were excellent! They finished the job with a nice sweeping of the floor too Thoroughly satisfied with the price. read more

Today is the second time this year we hired Xavier for his services. He was prompt in responding to my call and showed up before our appointment time. Your location Map data ©2022 Google Terms 5 km  LA Trash Junkers Garbage collection service Anthony Juarez 420 points   This was a really great service. I got a little nervous when I saw the size of the truck, but it's wider than usual trucks that appear longer. Probably makes it much more suited to residential roads, and it can hold as much as longer trucks I've seen. Not only that, but the guy that came was extremely good at packing it in efficiently and tightly. It was the owners themselves that came, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. It became immediately apparent that their concern wasn't just picking up my stuff, but leaving me with a nice, clean place I can enjoy afterward. They were friendly, polite, and went out of their way to help in every way. They moved some stuff for me, were polite in suggesting stuff I may want to look through before hauling away, and they swept up the area. They helped take additional stuff from the patio and side if the house as well - old stuff I forgot I had. I felt bad that I kept adding stuff to the initial stuff I specified, but they were polite and helpful. At no point did I ever feel rushed in the slightest way. Also, my little dog loved them. My garage was full of stuff. You couldn't walk in there. My grandmother used to have a store, so lots of it was old inventory or even stuff that never made it into the store. There was tons of boxes, bags, and lots and lots of just loose junk piled up. I was hoping they could clear out at least 50-75% of the stuff in my garage so I can walk around in there, but they took almost all of it plus some other stuff I kept adding in as I looked around my yard. And then they spent extra time cleaning it up. My back yard and garage look amazing now. There's room to run around and play with my dog. Even a neighbor's cat came by, seemingly impressed with the changes. I'm really glad I called them read more

Baseline requirement for a hauler: get this stuff out of here. Above and beyond: do it quickly, professionally, on-demand, and on-time, with A+ communication and a digital receipt. Xavier and crew are so awesome, kind, enthusiastic and do very clean work. I hired them twice in the last few weeks - once to clean out my old house after moving out, and again to clean up the box apocalypse we had after moving in to the new spot. Highly recommended! read more

This is an excellent company. I called them to remove a large amount of stuff from a deceased relative's house. Xavier is very efficient and extremely responsible. He's a veteran with a lot of integrity. As a bonus, he's a very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. He's very conscientious about checking to make sure nothing valuable gets thrown away accidentally. He charges by the truckload and packs the maximum amount possible into the truck, with absolutely no wasted space. He also sweeps up the areas he removes junk from. His rates are much more reasonable than those of several other companies I called. He is very good about scheduling (no more than three days notice) and calls you with updates so you know exactly when he will arrive. If you need stuff hauled away, this is the company you want. read more

I called Xavier (owner) on Thursday and he responded within 15 minutes by phone. He came out to give an estimate of our situation that afternoon. I am; a 72 year old recent widow needing to downsize from a double-wide mobile home into a one bedroom apartment and wished to seel my home. He was polite and listened intently as I described my situation and my budget. I advised the realtor was coming on Monday to do a walk-thru with some "house flippers" and I needed him to complete the job before Monday, if at all possible. He advised he could do the job on Saturday, said it would take about 5 hrs and quoted his price. In my dealings with most businesses, once a price is quoted it seems there are ALWAYS hidden fees tacked on to the final price once the job is finished. NOT SO WITH XAVIER! I was able to meet the price (which included the truck, the personnel to load everything, haul away and clean up afterward!) He, his wife (Meghan) and their team arrived at 9:30 AM on Saturday (as promised) and set about their tasks diligently and efficiently. During the entire experience, Xavier and his entire team acted 100% professionally all the while giving me the impression that they were there to serve me and create a space I could be proud of. PLEASE read their web site. Everything on that site is 100% true and it gives me pleasure to know I was working with a U.S. Marine Veteran who donates to special causes. In a world where NOTHING IS AS IT SEEMS, Xavier is the real deal. You will be as pleased as I am if you contact Xavier for your next move/home refurbishment/etc. I 100% would use Xavier and his team again in a heartbeat! read more
