My fence prohibited him from bringing large equipment in my yard, so they removed the tree by have a worker up in the tree tying ropes around the limbs with another person on the ground directing the drop so it wouldn't hit the roof of my house. Sierra's tree Service removed four trees for us a few days ago…read more We are most interested in quality of service -- especially these days when quality is difficult to find. First, they were prompt, and were here when they said the would be (5 stars) Second, they were professional, and offered actual guidance other than, "Yeah, we can do that. " Third, price was fair. Fourth, Arturo of Sierra's had suggestions for the future. He and his people have extensive knowledge of the local area, and how to prepare for the future growth of our yard which is heavily wooded. Fifth, their arrival was prompt and they were very well-equipped. Sixth: Insurance is readily available, and safety protocols were followed. Any concerns were quickly alleviated. One tree was enormous, around seventy feet, and with ropes, the climber excuded such confidence as not to worry us. There was a great deal of clean-up, and I felt they would have to come back the next day. But, Arturo ensured us they would power through. Though it took until sunset, and basically all day, the job was finished as he said it would be. We have more work to do, and we'll no doubt be incorporating Sierra & their crew. The teamwork was seamless and safe, and I trust their opinion how to best use this land & property. I've dealt with those companies, as many have, where I'd like the opportunity to give even fewer than one star. Sierra's, in my experience, I could give even better than five. I don't give these kind of reviews lightly: these are people I would recommend highly, as in the future I intend to contact them directly. I just can't imagine better work, nor better service.

Adam came out to fix an entry door issue and ended up renovating my entire kitchen. I live in an…read moreolder townhome (built in the 1949s) and it had been a long time rental unit prior to me purchasing. The kitchen door was old, so I decided to close it up and move the back door to the dining room wall. All in all Adam and his crew were fantastic. For each issue found, Adam had someone who could step in and fix it. I'll post pictures later, but Adam renovated: 1. Entire kitchen (moved walls, installed new appliances, added recessed lighting) 2. Moved my basement entrance from the living room to the kitchen 3, Moved back door (to include brickwork to close that door up outside) from kitchen to a sliding glass door with deck 4. Added a dishwasher 5. Added a recessed light in the living room 6. Electrical upgrades from the main breaker to the weird wiring Adam did a fantastic job. As issues arose, he jumped in and addressed them and found solutions quickly. It was a fast decision to go for broke and he made sure I had a working stove for Christmas and reused my cabinets to help me save a little money. Which I promptly spend on beautiful countertops, that Adam was able to find and his crew able to cut to fit and install in a day. If you are looking for a small renovation or a complete remodel give Adam a call. Excellent customer service, and he will make anything happen.

Bottom line - we hired them to create a garden space in front of our home that removed the plastic, daylight trees, and fix our driveway to make things easier for us. I'm still finding plastic, and I can't mow around the driveway without getting the mower stuck because the grades are so harsh. Very nice, great up front communication - its just the follow through isn't there.
